Slightly overpriced, but super impressive in quality
I’m a fisherman and I can tell you, this “Titanium Fishing Pliers, Premium Saltwater Fishing Gear, Tungsten Cutters, Split Ring Hook Remover, Fish Plier Holster with Retractable Lanyard, Ice Sea Fishing Kit Gifts for Men (with Lock)” by RXLUY, is pretty impressive in quality as it is very aesthetically and durably designed. It is solid, heavy duty, with comfortable grip, and comes with extra tools for repairing it, if needed. It also comes with a leather case and two safety lanyards. I love how the middle portion of this plier is designed with a spring, as it is self-opening, which is very convenient to have. I also like how I don’t have to tightened the centerpiece of the pliers, unlike others I’ve used and tried. It also has a good locking mechanism, to keep it close when not in use, which is another safety feature. While this is top of the line fishing plier, but this is slightly overpriced. However, its functional design and outstanding craftsmanship, makes this fishing plier definitely worth the asking price. I absolutely recommend this to others.

very high end fishing pliers
This is my third pair of fishing pliers. My first is all aluminum, the second is coated stainless steel, and now this all titanium version. I can't really say this performs better than the aluminum model; both won't rust and are very lightweight. I expect this to be stronger than aluminum, but it's not like I'm going to bend the aluminum. I really like the titanium material and it's luxurious look. I wish it had a grip material for comfort and to make it non-slip. It still feels good in the hand (size Large) and works well. The included holster is likely fake leather as it doesn't look or feel like leather; the material is way too uniform without any grain or blemishes, consistent density, and very stiff throughout. But it is well constructed with appealing stiching and it functions. I would have preferred a belt loop rather than a clip for maximum safety - I'd hate to have it accidentally pop off and sink to the bottom. I appreciate th einclusion of the lanyard, spare cutting blades, and the D links.I'd say the aluminum one is the most practical and will still get the most use. But when I want to 'dress' up and show off, I'll pull this one out. The stainless steel one is for the kids and guests to use.

Oh wow
If these are at all in you budget, get them. I ordered these fishing pliers because I’m a fanboy for all things titanium and because I was beyond curious why someone would think the going price is reasonable. Oh wow, this thing delivers. The craftsmanship is so beautiful I put it back in the box because I don’t know if I want to use these for real or if I just want to show them off for a while first. That and maybe I’ll forget they’re there and I’ll get the joy of another unboxing. What’s to say, they operate smoothly, the tungsten cutter cuts like… tungsten cutters, the lock locks the jaws shut so solidly that nothing budges. The machining or printing or whatever process they used produced pieces with perfect fit and finish. These things spark happy happy joy joy.

Titanium fishing pliers that exceed my expectations
These fishing pliers exceeded my expectations. I have worked well in my initial testing and I was impressed with the attention to detail. Given the titanium construction the price is quite reasonable. It's been my experience that a lot of titanium tools from foreign companies with gobbledygook names like RXLUY or if you pardon the pun kind of fishy. Several I have reviewed almost certainly were not titanium. RXLUY's lack of web presence is still a concern but I can report that these players do indeed look to be genuinely made out of titanium and have some noticeable design improvements over the previous model fishing pliers available on Amazon. The pliers are lightweight and surprisingly pleasant in the hand. I was worried that the titanium might prove to be uncomfortable to grip, but the finger grooves fit me perfectly and the pliers don't require a ton of resistance to open and close. One particular improvement made on this model is the presence of a simple lock. When fully depressed slide the lock up and it will keep the pliers closed. The jaws have done every task I have asked of them so far. More hardcore fishing folks may have worse stringent performance requirements out of their pliers but it meets my more relaxed needs. The tungsten line cutter is a little dull but did successfully cut every line and cordage I have tried so far. There are some minor cosmetic machining mistakes and some leftover pieces of metal from the machining process but nothing to egregious. Overall I'm quite happy with the function and quality of the pliers themselves.Which brings us to extras. The included belt sheath appears to be made out of artificial leather. It features a metallic belt clip that can fit on belts with a width of up to 2 in. Initially the material is quite tight but loosens up to a pleasant level if you take a few moments to break it in. If I were to use the word to describe the quality of the sheet it would be serviceable. It'll work, but if given the opportunity I would replace them with a better quality sheath. At the top right of the sheath you will find an eyelet for the tool lanyard. To my surprise this kit came with two lanyards. The lanyards themselves are surprisingly nice with a coiled lightweight line that seems quite sturdy and didn't cause any issues in my testing. At one end of the lanyard you'll find a split ring on the other you'll find a cheap carabiner. The carabiner side is meant the clip onto the eyelet on a sheath. The split ring side is meant to connect to the pliers. I was originally planning on quipping about the irony of needing a split ring tool to attach the split ring to the pliers but RXLUY thought of that already! Also included are 2 metallic screw on d-rings and two sets of screwdrivers for them. The d-ring connect to the lanyard hole on the pliers and you just slide on your split ring before screwing down the d-ring. It's attention to detail that I appreciate. That said, the included split rings aren't the greatest quality. The split ring on the lanyard I'm using for testing is already starting to deform and the carabiner is a poor quality and quite bulky. But that's easy to replace with better quality components since both can be easily removed from the lanyards. As an experiment, I did try hooking the carabiner on the d-ring that's attached the pliers and connecting the split ring to the eyelet. It works but the carabiner does frequently get in the way. So if you want quick release capability on the plier side I would definitely replace it with something more compact.Lastly, I was happy to see that replacement line cutting blades are included as well as replacement screws. What isn't included is the torx key to remove dull blades and install the fresh ones. Which seems like an unusual oversight given that they did take the time to include two flat head screwdrivers for the d rings. I'm pretty sure I have the necessary torx screws around if need be but it would be nice if they were actually included.I don't genuinely comment on presentation because in the scheme of things it doesn't matter when it comes to actually using the product. But I was impressed by how well things were organized and laid out in the box. Pretty good for something that's just label Titanium Alloy Fishing Pliers.Overall I'm quite impressed with this set. It's much better quality than I was anticipating. I will be replacing some things to better fit my needs but this kit is pretty functional out of the box. Price wise titanium isn't cheap so I think these are pretty competitively priced for a titanium tool. I would imagine there's other titanium sets that are more functional for quite a bit more money. If budget is a significant consideration, I would consider non titanium options first. But if you happen to be quite fond of titanium tools like I am this is a strong contender that doesn't break the bank.
