Biggest flaw - lifelong customer support and the fan itself
The whatsapp customer support is of no use. They do not provide any kind of technical support.Now the fan itself, product engineering who designed this fan need to look at the 45 degree angle at which the fan casing is stuck. Very poor design where adjustment is not provided and somehow the fan goes back to the 45 degree based on gravity. Hope engineering can rebook at the design.Back to customer support - Whatsapp group folks rock , they do not provide any help.
