I really like this product. Delivery was quick and installation was fairly easy. I think it could use an installation kit with more options (tube lengths for example) but all in all, i got it done.It performs as it says it does. Water temp is easy to control, the position of the cleaning nozzles was very good. Everyone's bottom is different and I can say that this one works with mine very well. I do wish I could turn off the automatic light function. I don't really need it at night and the bright blue light is the worst for interfering with sleep rhythms. Perhaps a softer green or amber or even red would be better. The construction is solid and supports my 220 pounds very well. The seat is also strong and can be sat upon with great support. The price is really good for the features it has. The tankless feature with instant on water is perfect too. All in all, I really recommend this seat for anyone seeking excellent performance at a great price.

This was easy to install and works amazing! We’ve had it for about a month now and I’ve never felt cleaner! Live the seat warmer and built in light for night time usage.

We have had this bidet since June and truly love it. I bought it as a gift for my husband (who insisted he didn’t want it and kept telling me I really bought it for myself- which I did not). As soon as we installed it- he is hooked!! I now hear things like, “who turned off my heated toilet seat!”For installation- I recommend you buy an extra fill valve kit and have it on hand. The metal bearing that comes with the bidet just shreds the threads of the bottom of that piece (the one with our toilet was plastic). You can’t screw/unscrew and rescrew because the threads just shred. You really have one chance to get it on correctly before it shreds. It wasn’t a huge deal- I just wish I had the part before we started so I didn’t have to run to the store during the project. All in all install wasn’t difficult once we had the replacement part for the toilet.The one thing I had to get used to was the beep every time you use it and the light that come on inside the bowl when it’s dark out. It was annoying at first- but since this bidet is in the master water closet- no one else hears it and the light isn’t seen. There are no settings to turn this off but for the price and all the features- it’s still worth it.The heated toilet seat and warm water with all the settings is a really high end feature. My husband agreed that if this did break- we would buy the same one again. Totally worth it.

The bidet itself is longer than the toilet bowl by about 1". That makes it look funny leaving a seeable gap! The bolting holes fit perfectly! The remote is somewhat large & has several settings making it easy to use. It is easy to set to a butt size! Seat & water temps are easy to set. The bowl light is a plus for the guys & it's automatic.Overall it's a good-looking product, with the back of the seat a golden color that matches our bathroom fixtures. I'm happy with this purchase but would NOT have bought it at the first price offered. It wasn't worth that much! The drop down price was $80 off. Now that's a deal!My OBGYN said it was the healthiest purchase I could have made for myself & family. I was so pleased with how a bidet works, I bought one for my kids & grandkids!Not to mention I didn't get caught needing TP during Covid!One of the TP ads says, "My hiney's clean!" Well guess what bear, my hiney's cleaner than your hiney." Try it, you just might like it!

Overall, we are really impressed with this bidet seat!Had issues installing the seat using either of the two 3 way adapter tee connectors included with the bidet seat. First we went to the hardware store to find fittings/hoses to make it work sizewise, but had leaks regardless of using washers and teflon tape. So decided to follow advice in previous review and ordered the Tecmolog 3-way 3/8" and 1/2" 3 Way Adapter Tee Connector 3/8" Water Line T Fitting on Amazon for $12. Installation with the new adapter was a cinch to connect.Couldn't figure out how to open the back of the remote to install the batteries. Was afraid I might break it by prying it open, but that is what you need to do. Used a very thin knife to pry open at the top and worked my way around the edges with the knife and it was fine. The magnet holder with sticky backed tape provided is plenty strong to mount the remote on the sink cabinet.We've travelled multiple times in Japan and have used dozens of bidet toilets and seats, and this seat has good positioning for washing, is easy to use and all the functions work well. We purchased this for my elderly mother with Parkinson's who now needs assistance with toileting. She's very modest and is happy to have the spray wash assist her in keeping clean. The markings on the remote are too faint for her to use without glasses (which she doesn't have on during the night) so I wrote "F", "R" & "D" on dot stickers which I put over the main function buttons for Front, Rear and Dry. This seems to be working for her. The presets for the water flow and heat function fine for her without needing to be adjusted.The seat itself removes readily with the release button for easy cleaning. Note that if anyone needs to use grab bars to assist with standing after using the toilet, with this bidet seat you cannot use bars that install requiring it to be attached under the toilet seat (as most do.) I ordered the OasisSpace Stand Alone Toilet Safety Rail and while it seems it might not be stable, it works really well for my mom.We'll be ordering a second bidet for the powder room on the main floor as soon as we can tie into an electrical outlet on the other side of the wall.

Lots of options, all the features work very well. So happy I decided on this one.

It does a really good job cleaning and the remote is very easy to use. It also has button on side of seat for basic 2 position washes and air dryer functions. The blue light is on at night, so easy to find in dark. Seat also has a heating feature, which we do not need in Florida, but know it works since we accidentally set it to highest temperature!

All the features are very nice, easy to use, great clean feeling after using. Customer service is excellent, I emailed them a question on New Year’s day thinking they’ll answer later in the week, however they actually responded the same day. Definitely recommend this product and company.

We hooked it up today and I couldn't wait to use it. It worked amazing. The remote is a must if you get one of these things from any similar product. If you are on the heavy side you will end up covering the attached controls, with your thigh, and have difficulty seeing the buttons. That being said, this product is the bomb! It has a sensor so if you get off the seat the sprayer turns off. From the remote you have many options to adjust things to your liking. Position, temperatures of seat and water, switching to swing mode which swings the sprayer back and forth, switching to massage mode to give pulsing jets. The heated seat is awesome and relaxing to get your business done faster. This unit also has controls on the side of the seat for basic stuff but you can't see it so you will have to guess on which button you are touching but it's not hard to figure out.The only thing i think is pretty useless is the dryer on ANY unit. I sat there for more than 5 minutes and still had to wipe a bit but the air was soothing, it had a summer breeze feel. The air power should be like a blow dryer but that wouldn't be compatible. I think they should install a deodorizer instead to mask the odors emanating. I'm thinking of clipping a car deodorizer on it and use the blower to perfume the area!I would highly recommend this product.

Only problem is the two T- water tube connections don’t fit the tube on my original toilet, and I have to buy another one from Amazon for Can$20.

Ce bidet est très bien fait et son fonctionnement aussi, certains disent que la veilleuse est forte par contre moi je la trouve correct de toute manière vous pouvez l’éteindre, avant l’achat je me questionnais si on pouvait l’enlever complètement du bol de toilette rapidement et ceci sans fermer le robinet d’arrivée d’eau … et oui vous pouvez le faire délicatement sans problème tout en faisant attention assurément et pour faire sure fermer l’arrivée d’eau et déconnecter la douce électrique.Une seule chose que j’aurais aimé avoir en plus ça aurait été qu’il ai quelques programmations en mémoire.
