Needs Proofreading
I found this book to be informative and enjoyed reading it. That being said, it needs proofreading as there are many mistakes that distract from the subject matter.

Comfort to those in grief.
First introduce to life after death information by Dr. Michael Newton, which was a scary-as-hell book to read!!! (Took weeks to read it).So having been through that introduction, reading this books was easier to absorb. Whereas Dr Newton used regressive hypnotism for his information, Craig is a medium, but much of the foundational information is the same....the guide greeting on arrival to the other side, seeing familiar faces to encourage the deceased person to walk towards the light, the life review, the healing period, and the plan for what's next. Craig went into more details about what I was curious about: suicide, evil people, babies dying young, abortion, soul mate. It was easy reading, and I read it in day and half. For someone who had no experience, with life-after death literature they may be skeptical but Dr. Newton's book laid the foundation for my acceptance of Craig's book.

Straightforward and Accurate
Who doesn't want to know what happens when we die? This is one of the best and most accessible sources of such info that I have ever encountered. How do I know? I'm just one opinion after all, but it's an opinion based on direct experiences such as two near-death experiences and various out-of-body experiences, as well as decades in various styles of meditation or contemplation. I haven't been brainwashed by religious doctrine and neither has the gifted author for that matter. Thus, this book is the real deal.

Not much here or there
Sent it back as it was bloated with personal stories and not much detail about after death states and conditions. Better off with Near Death Experience by Weiss/ Raymond Moody or: Near Death in the ICU BY Bellq orNear-Death Experiences: The Rest of the Story: What They Teach Us About Living and Dying and Our True Purposeby P. M. H. Atwater,

Covers it All
The book as it says. Covers everything I can think of about the afterlife and any questions you might have pertaining to it. The good news is that its not all drawn out with an extra 200 pages. If you have questions about it I think you'll find the answers here.

What a top medium can teach us about the afterlife
I found myself hooked on this very informative book. I particularly appreciated the description of the different types of bodies we have.I tended to skip though all the introductory parts of each chapter where he introduces us to the topic through some history and various references from his research but not first hand experience. It has been one of my quickest, most reassuring read. As much as the topic allows, most of it ‘made sense’ to me.I would recommend it to both the bereaved and the curious readers.

Some small gripes about the book itself but overall some nuggets in there too
Another interesting book for my post death library; a little more spiritual and less science inclined than some of the other books that Ive read these past 12 months. Nothing too ott and some interesting personal anecdotes from the author but nothing to convince the more sceptical either, unlike say the books of Chris Carter, David Fontana, John T Mennella or Craig Hogan which will challenge the hard hats. Or Cyrus Kirkpatrick's breathtakingly good Understanding Life after Death. This is one for people who already believe (or like myself are at least open to possibility)One thing was the book looks and feels a little low budget, quite a few of the pages, perhaps even half were of a much fainter print that would be a struggle for those with poorer eyesight. I struggled a bit but I guess I just didn't want the hassle of returning and then awaiting a new copy. maybe the faint print was just a one off but the book still feels a little cheap in construction.Overall worth reading but perhaps better at a cheaper price mind
