Elizabeth Craft Designs Mylar Shimmer Sheetz, 5 by 4-Inch, Iris, 10-Pack

Bought these for a student working on a polymer sculpture of a praying mantis inspired creature, and he needed material to create some whimsical looking wings. Sturdy enough to create the wings without putzy wires, cuts great, love that it comes in multiple shiny colors.

Returned - wrong item!

I was very happy with the color assortment but I wanted to use it for sewing. This product was too heavy and broke needles so I couldn't use it for my project. It gets one star only because it was not what I wanted.

This wouldn't work to cover anything that gets used regularly. Would be great for cards or displays but not as decoration for books or other useful items

It arrived in very good time, but it was a little heavy for what I was doing. I saw an article in Quilters Arts magazine where the author uses this as embellishments for fiber art quilts. I tried it and could sew through it easily but it was very stiff and I ended up ripping it out. I bet I can find other uses for this though, it is very pretty.

Stunning! These have been great to go through my Cuttlebug and emboss beautifully! Great addition to scrapbooks and junk journals.

Beautiful mylar sheets which were perfect for my baby nursery project!

I really had wanted to use this to re-create a toy I had purchased for my cats. But even though it was thicker than I originally wanted, I still like it. It's shiny and almost card-like, instead of a softer mylar with a crinkle like I wanted.
