I got the 27.5 I don’t know my waist size but it’s perfect. They’re stretchy I would like them a lil looser, ima see abt making it longer for some outfits but it’s still a 10/10.

I wanted to used them to encourage my weight loss process but they don’t seem strong at all. They seem more like bracelets and the string stretches very easily. No strong string at all.

Its true to size and there is no way to adjust and as soon as I tried to put one on it broke and splattered everywhere. Its inexpensive and not worth it. I got them too big but I would not recommend due to quality.
