This pillow is everything I needed for my trip across the US! A redeye flight is something I never look forward too and getting comfy is always hard. This pillow provided me more neck and structural support while sleeping than any other product I’ve tried!It’s snug and feels like a scarf that allows you to stay warm from the AC blasting and provides that comfort of a comforter almost wrapped around you!It’s easy to pack & throw it right in my carry on! Not bulky - which I love! And overall just a really well designed product.It comes in different colors - so I’ll have to check those out too! And apparently there is a junior version for my kids that I’m already exploring for my next trip with the little ones! ☺️

I do not normally feel impelled to provide feed back, hopefully this will help correct a problem. I ordered the Trtl Travel cool pillow because of multiple positive reviews and some research. I received the item and tried it immediately. I thought I was missing something because the wrap would not stay in place. I even had others look at it. After researching the videos of other reviews, I realized that the wrap stays in place with Velcro, my item had no Velcro material for attachment. I immediately packaged and returned it for a replacement. the replacement was processed immediately , I took it to a UPS store (no charge for shipping). My replacement just delivered and the same issue occured again. I am disappointed to say the least. This is clearly a QA/QC issue at point of Manufacture. I will have to stick to my foam pillow awhile longer

I thought I would be returning this, because it just didn't sit right or so I thought. However I decided to give it a try and take it on a long trip which required a 9 hour flt. Once I figured it out, it supported my neck as if I was leaning against something for support. I had an aisle seat and used this to catch some zzz's. It stabilized my neck and I could adjust the fit. It was easy to pack in my carry on and weighs next to nothing. I will definitely be taking this on any plane, train or long car rides in the future!

I’ve used this a few times now flying at least 6 hours and find it very useful. It’s much better than the normal pillows you see in the airport because it’s adjustable for an angle that feels better.

Be aware! If you have a short neck- this item may not be for you. The plastic support frame is needed to keep your head in right position. Without it-it us just a " scarf".The company sells a junior size.

I first bought the original back in 2020 and it was unique but functional! It became my favorite travel pillow I’ve ever purchased but my only complaints were that there was no case/cover and the outer fabric wasn’t removable. When I put it in the wash, the plastic structure inside snapped but I still continued to use it. I eventually moved onto a different travel pillow but it was never as comfortable. Once I stumbled upon the pillow again in 2023, all the issues I had with it were solved (comes with a pouch and is removable!) so I repurchased it!! Being reunited with the most comfortable travel pillow makes me so happy!

I don’t know who this fits. I am petite, my husband is a big dude. Neither of us could figure out how we could stand to have it wrapped around our necks for more than a minute.

I did a lot of research on travel pillow and really wanted this one to work out. It was too big and although it was supposed to support my neck, all it did was force my head to dangle in the opposite direction. So, it was returned. I don’t understand how to keep my head only going toward the support. Not for me.
