احببت امكانية استخدام انواع مختلفة للكبسولات لشركات متنوعة ومختلفة وغير محصور لنوع واحد فقط كما احببت امكانية عمل المشروب ساخن او بارد، ولكن للاسف بعد الاستخدام لاحظت وجود طعم مختلف وغريب في مذاق المشروب وظننت فالبداية ان يكون السبب لان الجهاز جديد ولكن بعد استخدامها لمدة اسبوع لاحظت ان المذاق الغريب مازال موجودا، وعند استخدام نفس الكبسولات في جهاز اخر لشركة اخرى كان مذاق الكبسولات طبيعي جدا ولذيذ ولايوجد به ذلك المذاق الغريب عند وضع نفس الكبسولات في هذه المتعددة الكبسولات وكنت ارغب في استرجاع المنتج ولكن للاسف انتهت فترة الاسترجاع .. هل يمكن عمل طلب للاسترجاع او اعادتها للمصنع لتفحص سبب المذاق الغريب؟! بالتاكيد فقد تم عمل الضمان عند الشراء ارجو الافادة والتواصل معي ان امكن

The different cartridge is a great feature so I am not limited only for ground coffee or capsule only. The coffee is thick and full. For nespresso capsule, better just choose 3level (water).
