Honestly, I was hesitated to place an order because of the price and realized it worth the price. 1, fancy looking; perfect color and and its design can perfectly fit in to a corner of my leaving room, better than what it shows in the picture 2, clean; no more cat litters all over the floor and way less smell. Compare to the previous cat litter tray, this one absolutely reduce dust and smell a lot. 3, convenient; ensy to install, there is nothing you should do, basically all you need is find a place and plug in to the power, easy cleaning too, the bottom section is washable too. Overall satisfied and recommended product.

I am very disappointed in this product. It worked great the first few weeks. I have 5 cats with several litters around the house and I had hoped that this would allow me to get rid of at least 2 of the litters. Like I said, at first it was great. After the 3rd time that I had to fully clean the barrel it started to be a problem. I could not get the barrel to work correctly after that. It was very challenging to set it back into the grooves correctly and for it to fully work through a cleaning cycle. It would get stuck and just click, click, click, not finish the cleaning. I know I have a lot of cats, but this was not the only litter in the house that they used.Lastly, I needed a replacement plug for the back. I sent pictures and paid for the part because it was due to my negligence that the part was damaged. This request and payment were back in Nov. It was several weeks before a package even came and then it was wrong. I was sent a wall plug, a new flap for the disposal area and 2 new rolls of bags. I greatly appreciate the bags, but how can I even use them with no back plug? Here we are Jan. 25th and still no plug. When I reached out to say I was sent the wrong item I was asked "please check to see if it is the wrong package?" WHAT- of course it is wrong- I even sent a picture in my original order. So, I resent my original picture and a picture of the items sent. I was assured on Jan. 5th that the correct part will be sent, and I should receive it within 3-6 business days. Again, here we are on Jan. 25th and still no plug.So, I have not been able to use my expensive kitty litter for the last 3 months.To say the least I am very unhappy with this product. Hopefully I will receive my part, that I paid for, soon, and that I will be able to reassemble the barrel correctly so it will actually work correctly. We shall see.

This litter box is the first automatic litter box I have ever owned.First of all, I like its round appearance, very cute. Secondly, my tabby cat is relatively large and eats a lot. Since I got this cat litter box, I have cleaned the cat twice a week instead of twice a day, saving a lot of time.Third, its automatic sensing system is very sensitive, and the wifi connected box and app can accurately record the time the cat enters and leaves the litter box, as well as the toilet period and weight. It can also automatically clean and deodorize after the cat leaves. The ball containing cat litter can also be disassembled for easy cleaning. Everything seems perfect. After using it for a month, I found two areas for improvement. The first is that the gap between the entrance of the detachable part and the cat base is a bit large. It is very easy for cat litter enter the gap between the ball and the base. If the cat urinates outside partially, it will only be disassembled to clean, which is troublesome. The second is that if more than two cats use it at the same time, the litter box will be constantly cleaned and the sizes of different cats cannot be distinguished. I hope to have the following improvements in the next generation of products. overall, I'm very happy to own it.

Waste bin has a gap, I'm afraid to use it.

This is the first automatic self cleaning litter box i have got. And this is probably one of the least expensive automatic self cleaning little boxes out here. It's still not cheap but totally worthy it. I am very happy with the investment. It's a game changer for a busy cat owner like me. The litter box is very user friendly, odor free, and quiet. I wish i bought one earlier.
