Excellent PC, very powerful and up to date.
This PC was purchased for Photoshop CS and above software for the rendering of digital camera raw files, and it exceeded our expectations.

Not Amazons fault BUT....
The computer came a day early, but that was the only good thing. The computer had something rattling around inside. Found a shield inside with no place to be. Removed the shield and connected the computer. On boot up the computer went to a screen that showed "defaultuser0". No password was provided. upon trying to reset the password, it stated that a USB flash drive was required to change the password. Again, none was supplied. When you spend $800 on a computer, you expect to connect it and use it. BUYER BEWARE!!! Amazon did post a refund (not received yet) and told me to dispose of it.

I think this is a great deal!
The company selling this has upgraded a HP computer to make it even stronger and faster than it was before. You know like the 6 million dollar man :-)It has more RAM and CPU than I'll ever use.One year guarantee on the whole machine. What's not to like :-)

Not as Advertised
I specifically bought this desktop because it was advertised as having Wi-Fi. I spent a lot of time with our service provider and then HP when I couldn’t get it to connect to Wi-Fi. HP told me that unit was out of warranty (it was advertised as new), and that particular serial number did not come with Wi-Fi!The seller did give me a complete refund.

Computer came early but was missing the hard-disk drive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
Purchased October 30 2023 listed as new. On December 3rd, HDMI port stopped working. Contacted HP and was told the warranty on this computer ran out August 2023.
