I think this is a good webcam. I'll start with the things I like about it, and then at the end the things I didn't find so great.Most importantly, the 1080 video is CRISP. It really does look nice. If you need a camera that records quality 1080, and picks up audio, this has it. The angle of view on this feels perfect for me. At arm's length my head takes up about 20-25% of the horizontal space. Bringing just a few inches closer and I'm at about 33%. The composition feels ideal even if I were to go a little closer or a little farther. Video at 1080 and 30fps on this is 8/10, beat only by going up in price point and things like Elgato Facecam, or DSLRs.Audio isn't perfect, but it's a long shot from bad too. The noise canceling seems to work ok. I think it's more meant for background chatter. Not as impressive as some of the third party software out there that can cancel out the sound of a leaf blower though. That's not a real concern though, because using that software still works with this camera so nothing lost in my opinion. It appears that this products website has their own additional noise canceling software. I know it is also coming built in with a lot of conferencing apps now too. 7/10 on the audioDesign is great. This cam will easily sit on top of just about any computer monitor or TV with it's universal no pressure clip. As an option there is a standard mounting female thread on the base making this compatible with most tripods and mounting gear. It also comes with it's own mini ring light built in with three brightness levels. This light by itself allows me to film during the day with no other lights on, and even at night in complete darkness. The head swivels with ease and stays exactly where you position it with a very wide range.Ready to use in SECONDS. Plug it in, and within 5 seconds you can see yourself. No software or drivers to mess with.Here are the reasons I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5.- The cord is fixed on to the back. Once that starts wearing down the camera will be useless. Hopefully it is a high quality cord and not susceptible to damage.- No physical privacy cover. The product page advertises privacy cover, but they are referring to a button on top that turns the camera off. This felt slightly misleading to me. There are a lot of solutions out there for physical covers though.- The product page lists 2k Webcam right up front. This also feels misleading. It's not a lie, because it does have 2K, but ONLY if you are wanting to snap a picture. All video is 1080 @30fps

The video quality on this webcam is set to 1080 and everything looks crisp and clear if you are the proper distance away. If you get too close, the video image starts to look a little blurry and the camera can't seem to find you to focus. The camera also picks up your audio, which I love, as I don't need a separate microphone. It picks up a fairly generous radius and I have not had any issues with people hearing me. The background noise canceling just seems okay. It will mute people talking in the background, but it doesn't seem to work on random noises like dogs barking, lawns being mowed, etc. I just keep my mic muted when I am not talking so I don't have to worry about it.The webcam sits easily on top of a computer or laptop. You can play with the pressure clip to get the right angle for you. I love that it folds flat so that I can travel with it easily. The webcam is quick and easy to start using - just plug it in, wait a few seconds and go! I love that there is no software to download. There is a ring light included in the camera. It has 3 different levels of brightness with white lighting. Press the button on the top right hand side of the camera to change the brightness. The button on the left is the privacy coverage. It is not a physical cover, but it does make me feel better about setting it when I am done using it. I typically unplug my webcam when I am not using it, just to be on the safe side, but it is nice to have a privacy feature built in.The webcam is larger than I was expecting, but it works great for my purposes. You do need to plug it in with the attached USB cord to use it. I love the look and design of the webcam and always get comments on it when I use it for work. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the features and functionality of this webcam.

Very nice plug n play camera. Set up was quick. Resolution is on par with integrated computer cameras. I like that it includes a ring light for better illumination in darker rooms. The autofocus is cool but can be finicky. The microphone works very well; I’m told I sounds very clear when using. Overall a great webcam for the price point. Works well with zoom, teams, iMessage and more. Mac and PC friendly.

This is very compact and was easy to set up. The picture quality is acceptable. The audio is very good. There were no problems using this with people seeing or hearing me. I do wish the mute button was on the front or side of the unit. With a large monitor I can't see the button so i have to feel around or stand up every time to mute/unmute. Otherwise it works well.

So this camera is a little big/bulky compared to mainstream ones you can buy, but the picture quality is rather spectacular for a offbrand 1080p webcam. Even in somewhat low light, the picture quality is fantastic. I would say though you need to be at least 24" (2 feet) or more away from the camera for it to truly be able to autofocus on you or the object of focus. If you are any closer, the picture will get to be a bit fuzzy on edges or borders and it will be trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully mind you to focus on the object. Otherwise the picture quality is perfect. The mics are usable, that's the best I can say. they're nothing special and for the price, I would expect them to be just a little bit better. NOW the camera does have two touch sensitive non-tactile buttons on the top. The left is for disabling the camera and enabling the camera. The right one on top is for the RING LIGHT!!!! yes, this webcam has a ring like with 3 different levels of brightness intensity. It's only one color temp, however. It does get fairly bright, even in a fairly dark living room, it does light up the area in front decently enough to get a good focus on me so yea that's something good :)Overall, I've been needing to research a good webcam for my friend who needs one for his work and they don't provide. I think I'm probably going to recommend this one as it's not too pricey and still very decent quality.
