Amazon fulfilled the order well but the product itself was defective. The internal parts of the toilet squirt water everywhere. I attached a video of it. I would have like to see if it could have been repaired, but the support number that Amazon support gave me was not in service. Also they did not seem to be able to provide a replacement. So it's going back. Even with the return I'm still out the plumbing cost.

This is the first time I bought an automatic flushing toilet. It feels of good quality and feels very good. My bathroom has just been renovated and I want a luxurious toilet. This toilet did not disappoint. It's modern, stylish, flushes automatically, has warm seats, has a cool LED night light, and the price is unbeatable. I thought it would be difficult to install since it's heavy and big, but it's actually not difficult at all. The manual and installation video are well produced and the step-by-step instructions are easy to understand and follow. This toilet offers a variety of water pressures, temperature levels, and nozzle positions, making it ideal for use.

If you have the chance to get this toilet, DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed in the aesthetics, functions, or features!
