Easy To Fix Kebabs At Home – Lenvoten
When you’re in a pinch for time and need to create something new for dinner, why not get out the kebab plastic press? I did and I’m glad! My family enjoys different types of kebabs whether it is lamb, beef or chicken. Now, I can use ground meet and customize the flavors based on my meal prepping for that week. Not only is this product time-saving in design, it is efficient in that you can quickly mold the meat with minimal effort.Whether you decide to place your kebabs on the grill, air fryer, induction grill, or even pan sear/fry, you won’t be disappointed because this mould allows you to have consistency in the shape of your kebab which ensures even cooking with the desired temperature setting. If you’ve ever hand-made/cut meat for your kebabs, you know that sometimes it’s hard to keep each piece evenly sized. To make your kebabs more professional looking and appetizing for a dinner party, I would suggest you get hold of this food-grade mould.Additionally, if you have long nails, you’ll want to wear gloves when prepping foods. However, this kebab maker also makes the process more hygienic than shaping your meat by hand because it lessens how often you have direct contact with all of your ingredients. I enjoyed the results we had with this kebab press and look forward to using it for years to come since the plastic is a heavier grade plastic. I use a plastic film to ensure that they don’t stick and use my wooden skewers and they work out great!I would highly recommend this product for ease of use, uniformity in sizing of meat, time-saving properties, enhanced presentation, durability and overall functionality. 5 out of 5 stars.

Works, But The Kebabs Are Hard To Get Out Even When Sprayed
This press works adequately. The main negative is that the plastic bends in the middle and lets the kebab squish out the side when using ground meat. A second negative is that the pressed kebab is harder to get out of the press than I expected, even when it is sprayed. I used regular bamboo skewers for the kebabs, but metal ones also work. The product description is accurate. It arrived in two days. I would get it again, even with the negatives.

looks like a great idea.
Haven't used this yet but seems well made. it's a rather simple concept. I've seen kebobs made by hand and this will mimic the ridges when made by hand. will take pictures once i use it.

Works very well for it's intended purpose, even just with wooden skewers
We made kebabs with wooden skewers with these tonight instead of the flat metal kind (which this is ideal for), and they made it an extremely fast process, although metal skewers would have been better. This was a lighter weight material than I initially expected, but it's an easy to clean, sturdy, intuitive to use, ideal product for forming kebabs I'm super happy with so far:)

Expensive one trick pony
Adana kebab is a Turkish specialty made with seasoned ground lamb, moulded on to a long, flat skewer and usually has "waves" that run perpendicular to the length of the skewer. This type of kebab is found in other national/ethnic cuisines: Persian and Armenian to name two.The Kebab maker doesn't have a proprietary name-it's simply called "Kebab maker," although "Kebab" is also spelled "Kabob" in the product listing. The box it arrives in reads "Barbecue Tools" (sic) and has small pictures of kebabs being made using this device. Otherwise there are no instructions or suggestions. One of the keys to making a successful Adana kebab is the consistency of the ground meat: too loose and it will fall of the skewer; too dense and you'll wind up with a well done hamburger.I've made Adana kebab several times, and even with the right consitency, I've never been able to put those "waves" along the skewer. The Kebab maker solves that problem in a pretty simple and easy way: put your skewer and meat inside the box, close the lid, and a perfectly wavy kebab comes out. And that's the only thing this gadget does. It's made of plastic-not cheap-feeling , but not particularly heavy either. One potential trouble spot I noticed is the hinge that the top "door" rotates on. The hinge does not feel very sturdy. It consists of two round plastic nubs on each side of the top, which rotate in small holes on the base of the device. I can easily envision one or both of the nubs breaking off, leaving the kebab maker only partly functional. If you make this type of kebab frequently, the Kebab Maker will be helpful. But it is overpriced for what it is. The vaguely worded packaging, lack of basic instructions and the adequate but not stellar construction suggest that it should be selling for much less than its current price. Comparing this to any small OXO Good Grips product-virtually all of which are made of hard plastic-makes the value proposition not very attractive.Otherwise, it functions as advertised.

Every Persian or Armenian Household Needs This!
This kabob maker is a must have for Persian or Armenian households! My husband is Persian-Armenian, and over the years, I've learned a few things about Persian cooking. When it comes time for lule kebab, or also called koobideh, you've got to have those finger-width punch marks! I thought it was great that this kebob maker had those pre-made marks on them! Makes it look really authentic. The best part about this kebob maker is that it fit my kebab skewers which measures exactly 1" in width. I can't wait to try this on our next BBQ. Really innovative and useful item, especially if you have a lot of koobideh to crank out for a party. Highly recommend!
