I'm an over the road truck driver and need to have everything travel friendly and fast and this fits the bill beautifully. I recently got a chemical haircut and lost about 8" and was looking for something that would handle my hair a little easier than my 3" straightener and be relatively gentle on my hair. It works beautifully, heats up fast, doesn't snag my hair or extra fry my ends. The pouch it comes with is perfect too because I can just toss it in my bag when I'm done showering at the truck stops. Highly recommend this beauty!!

THE ONLY THAT DID'NT COME WITH MY PURCHASE AND IT IS IN THE PICTURE ABOVE IS THE TWO INSTRUCTION MANUALS.I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THAT.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great flat iron, doesn’t fry my hair at all and works about as well as the one I paid three times as much for. I like the 60 minute cut off and the rounded plates a lot. I also appreciate the fact that it doesn’t pull my hair out and my hair feels soft after straightening it. No frizzy ends or fried pieces. The reason I gave it 4.5 stars is because it is so hard to see the temperature on the LED screen. It is very dark so you need to be sure you have the temp right or it will either be too hot or too weak to flat iron your hair correctly. As for the curling aspect, I tried it and though it did not work especially well for me I am sure that is user error. I do not curl my hair often so I am not the best at it but I will try again and see if I can do a better job at it. I included a picture of my hair after straightening it since I started my video with it post shower and wavy/frizzy. Solid flat iron, especially for the price and I will continue to use it. I haven’t touched my expensive straightener in a week.

At first glance this seems like a nice flat iron, but it is a piece of garbage. The flat iron randomly catches sections of my hair and fries them. I was told by my hair dresser that it probably doesn't have the tourmaline coating on it and that I should see if I can return it since it is defective. I'm not able to return it so I'm just out the money. I really regret this purchase and will go with a more reputable company in the future.

Im actuallly really impressed with the quality of this product! For the price, I feel like you are getting professional quality equipment. It comes beautifully packaged (which would make it great as a gift) and also has a carrying/keeping case. The plates heated up really quickly and to 450 degrees at the highest setting. I have used this for straightening and curling my hair and it works great for both. Im really excited that I got this for such a great price and its such a good straightener!

The plastic got so hot it was hard to hold, and the buttons are in the worst place I was constantly hitting them when trying to use it. Glided smoothly but the heat was just too much. Returned.
