I liked everything about it except I needed it to be a little fuller for my "personal" preference. The weight, quality and comfort were really good. The adjustability was nice except I could have used more filling. That being said, if you have never had a pillow like this, try one. Reason being is because when they say adjustability, you can do just that. While in my sleeping positions, I can adjust my pillow with the slight raise of my shoulder by pushing up the filling with my shoulder, it adds more fill to where I need it. Or I can press my chin into the pillow making it less high and allowing it to contour to my face. When on my back, I can press the back of my head into the pillow with allows the filling to cradle my face evenly on both sides. ITS A FUN PILLOW. Yes, you hear a little crunch but it is SO MINIMAL and over in seconds of adjusting the pillow. THAT would not stop me from buying and at least trying the pillow. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY!

I'll admit, when the pillow first arrived, I was kind of stunned at how much it truly was just a half-full cloth bag of hulls. The bag was unbleached, unadorned, with a single zipper at one edge. When I unzipped it, the hulls were just heaped in there unrestricted, a true sack of them! I had to shake my head at what seemed the craziest of concepts, wondering how such a bizarre setup could deliver true rest.But, I couldn't discount the praise I'd read that led me try the pillow in the first place. I slept on it that first night. It was an odd experience, resting my head and shoulders on what felt like a bag of popcorn kernels. It was heavy, and the hulls shifted heavily while I adjusted it, making a soft, sifting sound. There was also a faint but amazing scent of freshness coming from the clean unbleached fabric, and the hulls. In all honesty, it was intoxicating. And when I arranged the pillow bit by bit, the sack adjusted almost intuitively, and suddenly it was the most perfect sleep support for my head and neck that I had ever, ever had.I've been using the hull sack for a month now and I am never going back. Having a pillow like the kind I used before just can't hold a candle. I can see why it has been a favorite type of sleep support for so long, the way it cradles and supports my head/neck just the way I want it to. I crave the thing when I am getting ready to use it! I'm a fan forever!!

Was having problems with my hips and back hurting while sleeping, and thought that it had to be from pillow support as I have bought at least 14 pillows in the past 3 years. None worked just right as they were either to high or to low, but this pillow is perfect fit. Now when i lie down i sleep ALL night and wake without all the pain.

My husband and I both love it. It has eliminated neck pain and stiffness, and we are sleeping much better with this pillow.
