This little powerhouse is exactly what I needed. I primarily use my Chromebooks for simple tasks like writing and other business-related work. I love the feel of the keyboard and it's the perfect size (for me). It syncs quickly with my other devices, and its memory will allow me to have the ridiculous amount of tabs open that I need.This is a fantastic, fairly low-cost option for someone looking for a cost-effective way to have a high-functioning Chromebook that is easily portable (fairly thin and lightweight) and also works well, has a touchscreen, and can be turned into a tablet with a quick turn of the monitor (though I rarely, if ever, use that function). I have tried to side-step costs in the past by buying refurbished/renewed Chromebooks that only reduced the amount that I spent on this by less than a third but turned out to be awful from the start.I use my Chromebook for anywhere from 8-14 hours per day for work, plus I use it for streaming my fave shows, and I can already tell that this little gem is going to be my savior after a sea of other less-than-useful Chromebooks this year.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas as she will be moving to high school and losing her beloved school provided chromebook.This one with its touchscreen and full flip screen is just what she wanted.Recommended.

The chromebook itself is nice and I like that it has the touchscreen feature. This was purchased for my 7 year old so he could do his homework. I purchased this particular chromebook because of its features, price, rating, and reviews. I am giving this 3 stars only because the initial setup was an absolute pain and took way longer then it should have. Also because of the additional expense of having to fix it upon receiving it. Right after we completed the setup and tried logging my son into his school account, I received an error message stating that operating system was missing or damaged!? I had to immediately go out to the store to buy a USB stick in order to attempt to fix the issue. Once back home I had to download the chromebook recovery extension onto my desktop computer so that I could upload the operating system onto the USB, and then download the OS back onto the chromebook. I've never had an issue like this with any chromebook I have previously purchased. After the system recovery was finalized, I was able to finally get it up and running. Fingers crossed that we do not experience any additional issues going forward. FYI, it took me over two hours to get this chromebook running and we just received it this evening.
