Love it!
This was easy to assemble and I caught on really quick to how it works. My only complaint is that it’s a bit difficult to open the links to put it on and take it off. Im working myself up to 30 min. After 3 days doing 10 min. I can definitely feel it! We shall see how soon I’m able to remove a link!

The easiest workout
This hoop is easy to assemble and adjust to your size. I do wish it went down one more notch for my size, as I have boney hips, but it's not terribly uncomfortable with the way the inner part is made. Storage is easy. While using it, I just throw some music on and alternate which direction I'm hooping. At first, I thought it wasn't really effective because I did t feel anything... but a couple hours later I did feel it in my abs! The weight is enough to be effective, not too heavy or light. If you're looking for a more fun way to workout, this is it! Just make sure no pets or children are in so many feet of where you're standing, lol 😆

It’s a great idea…but…
I bought this after comparing pricing and such. I figured out how to do it pretty quickly, too. My only complaint, and the reason I’m returning is that it’s too tight and I cannot buy and more ‘links’! Otherwise, if you’re not a plus-sized woman, this would be a great product!

Something Different
Putting together can be a challenge. Definitely takes practice, but interested to see if it will have an impact on the waistline.

I like it!
It seems quieter than other models I've watched online. The weight is already filled and it's soft, not hard plastic. I imagine that makes it better if you accidentally hit the wall or something. I use it for an hour, and it's a good workout for me, as someone with average fitness level!I'm glad I have something fun I can exercise with indoors, especially when it's too hot outside.

Works great
Was looking to see what brand i wanted and decided to go with this one because it was supposed to be less noise. It is quieter and works great. Love the timer.

Awkwardly terrible design
It was easy to assemble but the screen on the LCD display is broken (still works, just cracked), and the weight catches so often on the track that you spend more time restarting it with your hand rather than keeping it going with your hips/waist. Huge waste of money, would not recommend it to anyone

Seems to help
The hoop came unassembled, with the gray sections with buttons and white connectors in separate bags. It came with instruction manual but the only thing memorable was use it when you have an ample space so as not to hit people or furniture. Assembly was easy except I was afraid I might break the white part the whole time I was assembling. I am not knowledgeable about hoola hoops (could never make the hoop spin so gave up). This “smart weighted fit” hoop’s diameter is a lot smaller compared to conventional hoola hoops. Does that mean we have to tighten it as small(or wide) as our waist? Neing very fat, my waist is almost as big as my hips so I could slip on the hoop by walking over it and then lifting. Oh, but then I could not fit the weight part on the hoop rail so I took the hoop apart, again afraid I might break the connector. After several attempts, I could make the hoop spin without helping it spin much. But then the hoop tried to slide over my hips and thus fall to the floor. Does that mean I have to take out one link? I wish the vendor will provide us with a very short video of someone using it. I am surprised I think I would use it and try to do it for more than 5 minutes. I did for only2 minutes (I am sure by doing everything wrong) and I feel my oblique.
