Product Description The Byomic BYO-ST2 stereo microscope is thanks to its excellent price/quality ratio very suitable for schools and starting hobbyists. The ST20 has a sturdy metal casing. This microscope has a standard magnification of 20x, but with the optional accessories (conversion lens) it is possible to obtain a magnification of 80x. The standard magnification is achieved with two 10x wide angle oculars and a 2x objective lens. The maximum height is approximately 165 mm, measured between table and objective lens.The BYO-ST2 has a 45 degree stereo view with 2 tubes. The eyepoint is adjustable between 55 and 75 mm. Because the right ocular has the possibility for diopter setting, the image can be focussed very well. The ST2 comes with object clamps, an object plate and a set of rubber eye pieces. All optical parts of the microscope are equipped with an anti-fungus coating.
