Didn’t work for me in fact made things worse

I find this product a bit confusing. “Intensive Colon Cleanse to aid constipation, gas and bloating”. I was expecting drama. I was feeling a bit bunged up and heavy. I get that way if I eat supermarket white bread. I normally would resolve through simply changing my diet and a strong pot of coffee. If I need a quick fix my go to supplement is Bromelain a digestive enzyme from pineapples.I decided instead to start taking these. I have been taking these for days now at the full dose. I find them gentle. They are not a quick fix. People are different so I can appreciate others may have discomfort. I think the logic on the instructions could be back to front. I suggest if you have any concerns start on 3 a day. If you have no issues then increase to the full dose. Rather than the recommended start on 6 a day. If you have problems and pain cut down to 3.I have purchased and tried a number of probiotics in recent years. Some much more expensive than this product. Looking at the ingredients I put this product into a similar category and I’m treating it as a 10 day pro-biotic and mineral shot to help my gut health.

Tried these at the recommended dose for several days following instructions to the letter, additional water wasn't an issue as I drink at least this much water daily. Well they certainly get things moving, maybe too effective as while plenty of waste was expelled so was plenty of gas. Decided on day three to halve the dose, following day things returned to usual; normal bowel movements and little gas. After the ten day course definite reduction in bloating, no problem with movements but no reduction in gas. I'd suggest these may be effective for you but consider starting off at a lower dose. Not something I'd try again.

Didn’t work for me

These are average size capsules so they are easy to swallow. They have a slight vinegary smell on opening the bottle but it's not too strong. They ease a bloating stomach quite quickly which is good. For what they have in them they are good value for 60 capsules.

Didn't really make me go to toilet but it gave me the worst belly pains I've ever had. Won't be using these again

Products like this are always hard to judge.In simple terms, after completing the full course, I can tell you that:It makes you go more regularly.What you produce is more. Just, more. Gas, waste, and aroma...Easy to swallow.No bitter taste.And yes, after the 10 days I did feel less bloated, less sluggish, and my appetite even settled into a more normal pattern.So I am satisfied.
