MouseBase Ergonomic Base for Apple Magic Mouse 2, Increased Comfort and Control (Light Gray, Clip-On, v2)

after placing an order a month back it came after 2 weeks, and recieved an empty box. informed customer service and suprised that they responded immidately. told me to make a refund and place an order and it will be on them. thank you for your generosity!so does it work? lets break it down in few criteria.does it work in all surfaces?- yes! but it works better on a white surface, im using a black ikea office desk and a gaming pad. and it moves slow and looks dragging on that surface compared to a white/light color surface. i use a white paper and it works betterhow does it feel?- better than no ergonomics, is it comfortable yes better than none.initially i cleaned the reflective object under it because it was draggingwill i recommend it? comfort is subjective but will use it for the time being and we will see if ill keep or ditch this purchase.

Works great and as described. However the “right click” option doesn’t work properly.

Got the mouse base and I can say i love it. It works well with the mouse and even has a smoother drag in my opinion. Just a very comfortable grip and makes the mouse more comfortable 10/10

I so wanted to like the MouseBase. For ages, I didn't think about the comfort of the Magic Mouse as its functionality is so key to my work. Having used a few others now, I've come to realise its weight and how painful the claw grip is on my ring finger (which I prefer, but it doesn't work on the MM), applying lateral pressure to move this heavy mouse.I hoped the MouseBase would fix things - add an ergonomic shape akin to the MX Master 3S with a palm grip. And it does. BUT if you rest your hand on it like that you have three fingers on the scroll surface, eliminating the ability to right click or scroll/pan easily, which is the value of the mm.If you put your ring finger over the side, your hand now no longer fits the contour and you're back to either a claw grip or awkwardly holding the mouse at 15 degrees to vertical. I found it even more painful to use than the Magic Mouse alone.Added to that, the mouse base is SO DARN EXPENSIVE for what it is. Plastic, a dummy lightning connector to keep it in place, two tiny mirrors and four low-friction feet.IF this product was moulded to let you rest your ring finger to the side it would be wonderful - it would be unimpeded use of the mouse with your index and middle finger - but it isn't.Ignoring this:- The plastic has a nice feel to it and seems easy to clean.- The colour is... unobtrusive, but more options would be nice (e.g. a brighter white maybe)- Other products are HALF THE PRICE (not as nice looking, not as ergonomic looking) but incorporate wireless charging, e.g. the 'Fiedeco mouse dock' - https://www.amazon.co.uk/FIDECO-Compatible-WIRELESS-Qi-compatible-Ergonomic-White/dp/B0C7442GM7/

The hold is really great and comfortable and all the features are working perfectly well for me.
