The material is stretchy but thick enough to withstand wears at the beach. Flat chest felt well hidden. Good padding.Notes:Straps (arms and tummy) are a tough as the suit got a little tangled in itself. Cute and wore it on my honeymoon, but when I hung it back up to dry, all of the pink dye started dripping onto the white towel on the floor. I ended up sending it back and got my money back.
