Product - the cushion is great! The dimensions are exactly as ordered. The 4" foam is excellent and the color is as described "dark gray". I would definitely recommend this item if you need a custom cushion.Service - I had an issue with delivery and the seller responded to my request within 12 hours and was able to resolve the issue.Delivery updates - unfortunately the delivery updates were the most difficult part of ordering this item. The delivery window spanned a week and was difficult if you (like me) try to be home to avoid porch pirate theft. I had hoped that the tracking information would reduce the delivery window but the updates were not helpful. Updates ranged from "Package Left Facility" for 5 days to "Package in Transit" for 2 days to "Delivered" with no notification.

Very happy with my purchase. The color is neutral and the fabric feels good. The Cushions arrived vacuum sealed and fully fluffed within a few hours of opening. The cushions are on the firmer side but overall I love them!

If you are considering this cushion ,it was perfect for me. It fits my window ledge perfect. I ordered one inch short in length (119") by 12" width. The grandkids love it.

It is difficult to judge products on - line - I sent my dimensions and received a follow up e-mail from them confirming the dimensions and the product was at my home in less time than projected. Quality looks great and just what my very hard sofa bed needed.

….to this!! I love these so much. They are fantastic, good quality and great color. Fit like a glove. I SO appreciate the zipper extending on two sides. Getting the cushions into the covers was much easier. I’ve order from a different company on the past and the one side zipper was so hard to get the cushion in! This seems minor, but it is really not! Makes a huge difference. I’m ordering more for another chair!
