I've tried this supplement for a month now and I have not noticed any benefits. The website for the company seems very sketchy and I am worried about how accurate the ingredient composition of these pills are. Tongkat Ali is supposed to be good for men and provide more energy, but I have really not felt any benefit. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and don't have any significant aftertaste, so that is good. I probably won't continue taking this until I see some 3rd party testing results and proof that the ingredients are accurate.

I took it to gain some energy. The pill was easy to swallow. The expiration is June of 2025. I don't feelanything special but I also do not notice any side effects either.
