Hi, I have recently started using this product and on day 1 i took my tablets after meals and it lead to body dehydration, sleeplessness, upset stomach etc. Then when i again read the info on the container, which was to take tablets 30 min before meal and followed this routine there were positive effects.Therefore please edit this and post correct information, i suffered and many can too.
