I've tried many others. These are my preference.
I've tried so many San Marzano tomatoes (Rega, Strianese, Scalfani, Cento, DeLallo, La Valle, etc.), and these are my pick for when I'm doing a nice pizza sauce. Cento is good when I'm working on the recipe, Scalfani or Strianese (both super high quality - in my opinion) are for when I want to go wild, but these are solid high-end San Marzanos.Nice fruit. Not watery. The flavor is right-on. And the label has a cool aesthetic.

Good tasting tomatoes
All the cans were dented, ended up keeping cause I didn't want to hassle with the return. The flavor is outstanding, I don't have anything else to compare to cause these were the first San Marzano's I've ever had.

Best tomatoes on the planet
These make the best tomato sauce ever! I have purchased multiple cans. Yes there might be a tiny dent in a can but this does not compromise the contents. What is inside the can is the best of the best. Once you have used these tomatoes in a recipe you will never use any others. Cheap tomatoes aren’t good and good tomatoes aren’t cheap!

Really bad packaging--almost every can was dented!
Only the fact that they weren't dented in a way that compromised the contents kept me from returning them. The flavor is EXCELLENT, much better than other canned tomatoes, but we were finally able to find some local stores that sold D.O.P. tomatoes, and they were all much cheaper than Amazon, so we won't be buying these again.

Great product, Great price, No dents
Great for pomodoro/marinara sauces and pizza. Great price for DOP, and shipped quite securely in double walled corrugated boxes. Will buy again if price remains stable

Delicious and bright
Excellent flavor raw right from the can. Really is surprising how sweet these are. I can't wait to make more dishes with these, they start pretty neutral so you can make loads of types of sauces. Delivery time was so quick I will likely be buying these again

Product contains Basil
Read the product review carefully before buying.These tomatoes CONTAIN BASIL. If you are like me and you prefer to add fresh basil to taste, you will be disappointed. Canned basil lacks freshness and the texture is slimy.

Cans dented
I was happy to find san marzano tomatos but really disappointed that each of the 6 cans I bought had dents in them. It was a shame because the label art is beautiful.
