Nice replacement pulley for my stock Shimano roller jockey pulley. These pulleys are lightweight and incorporate a sealed ball bearing instead of a sleeve bearing. They also come with a choice of different colors for the anodized bearing covers.There is no difference in shifting and I like the sleeker look. Removing the old one and replacing it with this version took under 5 minutes as it required removing a single screw using a 3mm hex wrench. Great accessory and well-made! Make sure you correctly count the pulley teeth when ordering. Five Stars!

They are thicker than the original

Arrived in a nice little package damage free. Package includes bearing through hole axle shims in two different sizes, so make sure you select the correct size for your derailleur.First thing I noticed once out of the package is how light weight it is. The next thing I noticed is the quality. The sealed cartridge bearings spin smooth. This was a nice replacement for the wheels on my 12spd Deore rear derailleur. Could be a placebo affect, but it seems as though shifts are a bit more crisp with this upgrade.One thing I did notice after installation was a bit more drivetrain noise. This would be due to the aluminum material these are made of vs the plastic the oem wheels are. Nothing extreme, but there is a difference in sound.All in all, these are a good upgrade for lower end derailleurs without bearings in the pulleys. These are also an affordable alternative when you need a replacement.

This replaced a Shimano XT jog wheel. The other wheel was worn out. This seemed to work just fine but I could not detect any difference in drivetrain performance.

I used this to replace a pulley wheel on my Shimano Zee derailleur that had started to fail. Works great and spins much smoother than before. Simple product but it works well and isn't unreasonably expensive. Comes with adapters as well depending on your needs.
