Great bike pump. Keep it in my scooter trunk with a bottle of slime. Works great. Doesn’t appear to leak. The rubber o ring on the pump shaft slides and causes a vacuum- it’s used to dampen the clanking of the pump handle on the body during use- this Pringle’s could be removed, though. This is why I removed a star.

Missing parts! Unable to put together. No nozzle! Will try to return this. Would not buy again. As it is incomplete, instructions would have been good. With the black piece been there I could have just used common sense.

It broke the first time using it. I was by no means too rough on it.Updated:I reached out to URG directly about the product and they shipped me a new one overnight. Updating my review to reflect the customer service.

Just received the pump and seems to be made with quality...only thing I wish it had, after my first use, is the pressure gauge.

Thank you URG for changing my mind about portable pumps! I have a floor pump in my garage I use when I'm at home. All the portable pumps I used before this one were cheaply made and paled in comparison to the floor pump. But this pump is different. It's made of really high quality material and even though it requires more pumping than my floor pump, it's so much easier to inflate my tire than with the old pumps I used. I also really love the adapter at the nozzle. So easy to go back and forth between presta and schrader stems! Very portable for such a well made and convenient pump!

This was alot smaller than expected.... Was expecting double its size. I'm using it in my truck to pump up my air bags.... Which don't hold much more air than a bike tire... Just a little more pressure.

Awesome product! I was looking for a new, lightweight, and low profile hand pump for mountain biking and have found it. It's slee, metal design feels very robust, without adding much in the way of weight. I've had many hand pumps comprised predominately of plastic components and I have to say that this is far superior. The flexible hose style is also way more convenient to use than the more rigid "L" style pump. This thing will fit anywhere and you really don't need to worry about damaging it due to the design. Great product for anybody from work commuter to backcountry adventurer.

I’ve been dealing with crummy plastic pumps for as long as I can remember. They all seem cheap and the nozzles always make it hard to switch between valve types. This pump, however, could not be easier to deal with. Easy to carry. Easy to switch between valves. And for its size, REALLY EASY to pump a tire - even to 120+ psi! Plus it looks great and feels completely indestructible. So glad I bought this pump and I would recommend it to anyone, especially at the price! Great work, URG!
