Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Swelling, Reusable Foot Ice Pack Wrap - Cold Compression Therapy for Pain Relief, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained Ankles, Achilles Tendonitis Relief

Used this for recovery after a subtalor joint fusion. I kept it in the fridge, so when the swelling got bad, I put it on and it helped relieve the swelling very quickly. It fit well. I'm a size 11, but my foot was swollen, and it still fit. Of course the cold only lasted about 15-20 minutes, but I'd keep it on for another 20 minutes because the compression felt good. Very good quality, it stays in place, no issues. Highly recommend.

The most convient icing for ankle and foot ever! Comfortable and easy to use. Better than trying the regular ice packs. Those kept sliding in and off. This just takes care of the whole foot and ankle! I think this will be around for a long time!

I'd give this a 4.5 if possible. It is very easy to put on and quite comfortable, especially compared to most ice packs. It was a little loose (I typically wear a 7.5 shoe) but still worked well. It got to full freeze in about 2 hours. The cold only lasted for about 15 min, though. That's not too bad considering icing should be limited to 15-20 min anyway.This can also be microwaved for hot therapy. Either way, it is easily the most comfortable solution for foot/ankle pain but it just doesn't last as long as others. I'd still recommend largely because it is so easy to use.

Good product, I would recommend

Very cold. I wear it over a sock. 18 months post-op after rupturing left Achilles. Right Achilles still gets irritated and swells and aches after some exercises. This ice pack makes it less angry and eases the pain.

I use this daily with my post ankle surgery recovery! It has been a lifesaver and fits great on my swollen ankle. Highly recommend it for anyone going through any type of injury or surgery relief.It freezes really quickly and holds its cold for at least 20 minutes so you don't keep it on too long.

Fits well and is comfortable. I've only used this for cold relief and have not used it for warmth. Biggest drawback is that it doesn't stay cold for very long, maybe for 15 minutes, so that is disappointing. I find the need to wrap a bag of ice around the sleeve to make it cold enough, and to extend the time it stays cold.

If you've ever had plantar fasciitis, you know the pain! This was by far, the best way to ice it. It stays cold for my entire 20min treatment. I have a small foot/ankle so I folded down like a socks to stay snug. It is 360° of icing. Love it
