I'm not completely sure of the benefits but it certainly makes standing more interesting and I find that I unconsciously move around a lot more when standing on it. Note: It did smell very much of rubber/plastic which was quite nauseating to begin with but that has pretty much almost worn off. There is a residue which is coming off it also as my shoes feel slippery after standing on it.

Well worth £64. It *does* seems pricy at first, but you'll be glad you bought this instead of a flat mat.Very good quality. And durable.I've been using it for nearly two months and my knees feel a great deal better. I don't think I could do without one of these mats again.

The service delivery was excellent. The mat itself is enormous had to send it back and have now bought a smaller Topo Mini - shame there wasn't a smaller version of this mat.

It seemed a bit pricy but I decided to give it a go and don’t regret it. I work Monday through Friday in an office and want to do as much as possible in the standing position, as I have lower back problems and can no longer sit in a desk chair.This mat helps a great deal, unlike some other flat mats I've tried before. Because of the contoured surface and the varied angles underfoot, the mat is making me to move around on it. Its surface is very comfortable in multiple positions and I find myself switching throughout the day because they all feel so relaxing. The teardrop in the middle is amazing for the bottom of my foot. I also use the back edge of the mat to stretch my calf throughout the day which is nice. Higly recommended!

I work at an adjustable desk so am doing a couple of hours sitting and switch to standing for another two. this product helps me a lot to keep my back straight and allows me to keep my feet 'busy' in different positions while standing. The quality of the materials seems great as well, money very well spent here.

I have been using this mat in work, it is really comfortable for long periods of time and the material is very durable.Feels like it could last for years! The benefits of standing up at work have helped ease my back pain and improved my posture.
