Great Supplement!
Can't live without this product! I use it to help me sleep and stay asleep at night. If I wake-up in the middle of the night, I can easily fall back to sleep, instead of lying there with racing thoughts and stress thinking. And no morning after hangover like some sleeping aids cause.

I've been taking this for a couple of months...it's okay, not great. Was hoping to notice a little more in the energy department. I also ordered the last bottle as a "rush delivery"...paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping only to receive it over a week later...thank you very little for that.
