These pro-biotics are good value and come in a resealable pouch. They are big but easy to swallow. The taste isn’t great and must be quickly washed away with water

Absolutely vile taste and smell, gagged every time taking it. If they would clarify they "secret ingredient " - or just admitted that it just a fennel extract - 70 percent of it, would not dream of buying it. And by the way , thrush was still in place, did not work. Waste of money and effort. Purely gimmicks, pray on vulnerable women.

Not he most exciting of headlines I will admit, but these and the blue pack are well presented and look great. The proof of the pudding is always in the eating and I do need to take these about 2 hrs after taking antibiotics, of they will not make it there alive!In a bid to limit gut damage from the meds, I chose to go for these to try to balance out the damage being done. As it is, a few tablets in, I am hopeful that these are helping limit that damage.

The easy to swallow capsules are green and don't contain any gelatine.This is the first probiotic supplement I've tried. When using supplements, I always go with products that contain no chemical additives or bulking agents so I'm very pleased with this Vitaflora product. I have experienced no side-effects so far. It's too soon to report any benefits but will continue to use them.The recommended dose is 1 capsule twice a day with food.
