Bought this to clean the bottom of our boat. Just have to mix and spray on and all of the grime is gone!! Love this product and will definitely be buying again.

I have to say the first time I tried this I was amazed! I had previously used the works toilet bowl cleaner the first time I cleaned the boat bottom. That took forever, was nasty and had to scrub my butt off! One of the guys at the marina was cleaning his and watching how well it worked I ordered some up right quick. Now its pretty much all I use. I pressure wash the hull first then apply the Slimy Grimy. Still a few tough spots but no where like using toilet bowl cleaner! Thanks Slimy!

This stuff works really well! This was the first year I kept my boat on a slip all summer long. Other years I trailered it and only had it the water for 2 weeks max. On vacations. Usually after a few days in the water a simple sponge, brush or magic eraser would demote the scum from the hull. At the end of the year, those items didn't do to much to remove the nasty. I used the slimy grimy with HOT (as hot as I could go) water in a pump sprayer and just sprayed on. Before my eyes I could see the scum disappear from the hull! I only used about 3/4 gallon of my pump sprayer to cover the entire hull of an 18' boat. You clean see the difference in the pictures. And this is without any scrubbing. Just spraying the slimy grimy on and rinsing with water from a hose. Although it does an amazing job, it's not 100% perfect. It did not remove all spots perfectly and the real stubborn areas needed some slight scrubbing with an abrasive sponge. Another thing to note is that slimy grimy works best with hot water. As soon as the water starts cooling down the product looses its effectiveness or speed at eating away the scum. So one must spray on the boat somewhat quickly to cover it all while the water is still hot in the pump sprayer. Overall I will and have recommended this product to other boat owners and will continue to use it every season from now on.

I have a boat that picked up brown pond scum over the summer. It is stored on a lift but it still got slimed. I sprayed it on the hull using a 2 gallon garden sprayer and waited a few minutes. Before that few minutes were up there was brown liquid dripping down the side of the boat. I didn't expect it to work that fast or that well. My wife was as amazed as I was. I was going to have it professionally cleaned (it was that bad) so this saved me some serious $$$$$$.It went really far. I cleaned a 23' hull and two WaveRunners. I still had some at then end and I had only mixed 2/3 of the tub! I ended up cleaning my boat lift also with the left over.Spraying it on and rinsing alone got rid of about 90% of the brown scum. I had to LIGHTLY scrub the rest but only a little and it was gone. I fully didn't expect that it would ALL come off as it was caked on well.For those who gave a bad review I am guessing it may not have been mixed with hot water and they were expecting it to just melt with no scrubbing.I just ordered another tub and a bottle for touch-ups for next season!!

My freshwater fiberglass boat is over 20 years old and over the years I have tried many different hull cleaners. I for one believe that Slimy Grimy is one of the Best hull cleaners on the market as I receive many comments regarding the cleanliness of the vessel, some say it is almost in showroom condition. I would recommend this item to anyone looking to try something different to what they currently use to see the difference this product makes, however you might need a stronger cleaner for some of the tougher stains. I use it every fall when I put the boat into storage.

It’s the products all others are compared to. It’s not cheap but get the OG product and don’t waste time and money on the 30 cent cheaper knock-offs.
