great set. i used this for the middle school girls basketball team. very handy and came with a nice zip up bag to keep it all together. very happy with the purchase. i would highly recomend this to any coach or parent that wants to help with childs training. i will be using this for the soccer and volleyball seasons as well.

Awesome Agility ladder for kids training!
I have a 9 year old grandson who is very active! He loves making up different training exercises to do with this ladder. The spacing of the ladder bars is perfect for his size. He has fun sharing it with his friends, but is disappointed with his grandmother's lack of skill using it!
