Delicious Protein Shake
I enjoyed the taste of the cookies n cream flavor. Shakeology definitely beats other top brand protein shakes because it does not leave a chalky taste in your mouth. Would recommend to anyone, and the plant based option is a plus!

Still Chalky
We used to be an avid Shakeology users. We were auto ship customers through beach body at this time. We took a break, and decided to ramp up our healthier options again for 2023. There's great benefits to Shakeology, however there are alot of good tasting products on the market these days, you gotta figure our how to cut the chalky after taste. We will continue to buy from time to time because we like variety, but it is still not our favorite by a long shot.

Disappointed
A year ago, I used to order this all the time and it was the best. It tastes like they changed the recipe and it tastes terrible. Also, I still felt hungry as soon as I finished drinking it. At this cost, I am so disappointed 😞. I wish I could get my money back.

Healthy protein shake with some pros and cons...
Shakeology Plant Based Superfood Nutrition Shake, Healthy Dessert powder with Plant Protein, Probiotics, Adaptogens, and Vitamins (Cookies and Creamy, 30 day supply)Protein powder has been a regular part of my diet for several years now. I like to add it to my morning smoothies, which I make a couple of times a week usually. They add some protein, nutrients, vitamins and flavor to my smoothies. My go-to has been Orgain Organic Protein + 50 Superfoods Protein Powder, which I get at Costco when it's on sale, usually under $30 for a 24 serving container. I like to get the vanilla bean flavor as it's a subtle flavor that mixes well with any type of smoothie I make, from fruit, to peanut butter, to coffee or chocolate flavors. I was excited to try this Shakeology Protein Powder and compare it to the Orgain.I chose the cookies and creamy flavor as I read some reviews from people who were raving about that flavor. I have tried it several different ways so far: shaken in a jar mixed with either water or almond milk, blended with almond milk and ice, added to a smoothie with banana and greens, and blended with almond milk, peanut butter, banana, and ice (my favorite). I found that it was very difficult to get it to mix completely just by shaking or stirring it, I always ended up with chunks of dry powder. I'm not sure if it's just this particular flavor, but I found the Stevia taste to be quite strong, and it leaves an aftertaste. I'm not especially sensitive to Stevia, I don't mind it in small doses. But I can definitely taste it. I really don't like the taste when drinking it on it's own. My husband really likes it however, so taste is just a personal opinion. It does come in many other flavors, none of which I have tried. I can only find the Orgain with superfoods in two flavors, vanilla bean and creamy chocolate fudge. However their basic protein powder comes in 10 flavors, including cookies 'n cream. As far as taste goes, the Orgain vanilla bean wins out over the Shakeology cookies and creamy for me.The Orgain is USDA organic, the Shakeology isn't. Both are plant-based, include probiotics, and a superfood blend. They seem to have similar ingredients and are both packed with lots of healthy greens, fruits, vitamins, etc. I'm not a nutritionist, and I don't have the knowledge to do a side-by-side comparison of every single ingredient. Maybe one has more or less of certain things than the other, but in general either one seems to be a good healthy choice for a meal replacement or just a protein boost. Both are 160 calories per serving. Orgain provides more protein per serving at 21 grams vs 16 grams for the Shakeology. Orgain contains only 1 gram total sugars to Shakeology's 7 grams, although Orgain is higher in carbs at 20 grams and Shakeology has 15 grams carbs. After experimenting and comparing, my opinion is that Shakeology is a good product. Although the taste isn't my favorite my husband really likes it. Maybe I would find other flavors more to my liking if I were to try them. The price is much higher than Orgain. I like the convenience of being able to pick up the Orgain at Costco whenever it's on sale. With Shakeology being part of the BeachBody program, maybe that's why the price is so high? I read that it used to only be available through a mlm distributor, just like Avon or doTerra, but that's obviously no longer the case. If you're willing to spend some money on taking care of yourself, it couldn't hurt to give Shakeology a try.

The most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth
I've always wondered about Shakeology. I often get messages on Intagram from people telling me about their "business" that they own and their amazing nutrition products (Shakeology). Which makes me laugh because somehow all of these people claim to be the CEO of Beachbody? It's so confusing. Anyway, Shakeology always seemed really expensive to me, but I love protein powder smoothies, and the girls selling it always post multiple times a day how it is the best thing in the world, so I have been tempted to buy it for a decade.I was shocked to see that a bag with 30 servings was $165. That is $5.50 a serving. BUT then I thought "If it's this expensive then it has to be good. Right?" spoiler: wrong. When this arrived I was super excited and couldn't wait to tear it open. I got out my Blendjet and charged it so I would be ready to made a "rich and creamy" cookies and cream flavored dessert superfood shake. Then things started going downhill. When I tore open the bag I immediately hit by the very distinguishable aroma of 'mushy peas'. The cookies & cream flavored powder smells like someone went to Nandos and ordered the mushy peas and put them in the bag instead of putting the actual product in the bag. Obviously it WAS the actual powder in the bag, but boy did it smell like mushy peas.I followed the instructions on the bag to the letter. 10 ounces of water, one scoop of cookies & cream powder and a handful of ice. It blended well - beautifully even. It appears to be the type of powder that would easily blend in a shaker bottle, it was that smooth. It was a lovely medium brown color once blended, and an okay consistency (slightly slimy, but not terrible). Then came the taste test. Immediately I tasted PEAS. WHY DOES THIS TASTE LIKE PEAS. A really earthy, horrible pea flavor, and then - it got worse. Immediately following the pea flavor was the strongest artificial sweetener flavor I have ever tasted. I am not sensitive to artificial flavors, I love diet soda, sugar free candies and syrups, so me and artificial sweeteners are good buddies, but my god this was terrible. Imagine the WORST chemically sweet taste you can imagine. Now imagine drinking a shot of blended peas and following with a chaser of the chemical sweet cocktail. THAT IS WHAT THIS COOKIES & CREAM SHAKEOLOGY TASTED LIKE. It seems like Beachbody forgot to add the Cookies & Cream flavor to this powder and it is just super sweetened pea flavored powder.I have tried tons of pea proteins, I have never had one actually taste like peas until now. Please, for the health of your wallet, your stomach lining, and your sense of smell, do not waste $165 on this flavor of Shakeology. (maybe the other flavors are fine and actually have flavoring? I don't know, I certainly won't be trying any after this experience).
