It’s excellent, big screen,it’s ryzen,all in one( less space needed and easy to work around ), very responsive or fast and it is money well invested.

This was a gift for an 8-year old. It works well for Minecraft and Roblox. Would give it a 5, but when ot is in sleep mode, the screen flashes on at times, which is rather annoying.

I purchased this rather old Acer Aspire all-in-one to replace my husband's 5 years old Acer Aspire unit that had died. My husband only uses his desktop for email, reading electronic newspapers, streaming music, and Zoom meetings. He doesn't play games or use it to stream videos or anything else that requires a lot of computing power.Setup was relatively easy. One week later, everything seems to be working properly. We used it for our first family Zoom meeting this weekend. The sound works, but is tiny compared to the speaker we had attached to the older Acer Aspire. The included camera works, but lacks the ability to improve skin tones, etc. of the camera we had attached to the older Acer Aspire, and shoots from the bottom up with not ability to change the angle. We will be experimenting to see if we can substitute old camera and speaker units (or newly purchased ones) to replace the inadequate included components.My biggest complaint is that I can't find an online user manual for the device we bought. We did receive a 4 page "Setup Guide" which was sufficient to get the device working. However, we will need more support t get the sound and images of Zoom meetings working to our satisfaction.On the positive side, my husband raves at how much faster it works than the computer it replaced.

Set up was pretty easy. For the most part I am really happy with this purchase.The only cons I have are the quality of the sound. My first time with built in speakers so I don't know the norm, but these are so "tinny" sounding I replaced them with small external speakers. And sometimes this computer goes crazy scrolling, seems to have a mind of its own, haha

Yes, the computer has the VESA screw holes but the part that the monitor stand attaches to is not removeable without disassembling the entire computer. The screws that hold the monitor stand in place are on the wrong side. I called Acer support to ask for a service manual so that I can safely disassemble it but they claim that it doesn't exist. This is the dumbest design I've ever seen and it makes it unreasonably difficult to mount this computer to a monitor arm. DO NOT BUY if you need VESA compatibility!
