This spatula is quite small and exactly what I wanted. It's rather perfect for picking up small, delicate cookies from a tray especially when you've baked many very close together. It is also a happy little tool to use when baking with the grandkids and works as a just right teaching tool as it's size makes it easy for little hands to manipulate. It's small but is rather sturdy and has a nice quality to it.

This little spatula is very nice for serving those brownies! I had one by pampered chef and left it behind at a pot luck - so I need to replace it. This one was much cheaper than pampered chef, but I figured it would be best to go cheap in case I lost another. My expectations were low for quality - but was I pleasantly surprised. I think this one is just as good if not better PC.

Removing baked goods from pan

I had a little spatula like this - my favorite - however when I moved it must have gotten tossed into a donation box. When I needed to use it I was so disappointed, so I searched and found this. It is so useful when needing to get brownies or bars out of a pan, and if used carefully it’s also a good way to cut them in the pan. You don’t want to slide the blade, just push down for each square.
