Took this one on a 17 day tour of Iceland, UK and France. At first it was a bit unstable, but once I learned some "tricks" on packing...it became so much more than I expected. My only "complaint" is the strap that is used to slip over the handle of my larger check bag was a but "snug" which made for a bit of a challenge. Maybe a redesign of this strap area would have made it "perfect" for me. Otherwise a very nice addition to my travel bags.

I love this idea and the size of this bag. The wheels roll very easily and it’s so easy to pull with the included handle. But when it’s either in the small or larger version it’s hard to control because it is slouchy and falls over easily when pulling. If it had a little sturdier material maybe I’m not sure what the fix would be. It does fit easily under the seat and holds a lot of stuff!

I bought two for our three month Italian tour hoping to complement our large suitcase. They are very well built but poor design. Unless you physically carry them they do not perform well. Constantly falling over, more often than not into your leg. When the bag is unzipped to allow it to become taller it will not fit on the extended suitcase handle. The sewn in sleeve becomes worthless. You either have to carry it or let it hang over your suitcase making it top heavy and extremely difficult to maneuver.I would have attempted to return them earlier but it would have been extremely difficult and not cost effective to mail them from Italy to USASadly I am very disappointed in the products lack of performance and made our movement on and off trains and very frustrating and difficult.If you are going from the car to the hotel I’m sure they would be fine but I do not recommend for extended travel

This bag arrives zipped up flat. It needs to be opened and then re-zipped in its carry-on shape. This is nearly impossible until you expand it to full size (it is still difficult, and you need pliers). Instructions, or a more flexible design would be a good idea. Otherwise, the bag is fine, light and easily wheeled.

I absolutely love the convenience of this bag. It was perfect for traveling abroad and bringing home more things and I took over. The quality is fantastic.

I haven't quite traveled with this bag yet, but I have packed it for my trip and it holds a pretty fair amount. Good quality, seems to roll well and love that it will store in such a small space when not in use.Update: I have traveled with it. It worked well. Make sure to adjust the strap to the proper length to make rolling it along side of you easier. Holds a lot and rolled easily over flooring, concrete or low pile carpeting. Try to keep heavier items at the bottom.

In theory, this would have been a great travel bag. I like how it can be adjusted to different sizes, and especially the way it packs up, taking minimal storage space when not in use- which is my favorite thing about this bag. However, when wheeling it around, it tips over constantly, even when rolling around at the airport or on other smooth surfaces. Maybe there is a smart way to pack to prevent this, but I want to be able to throw in items I use/get at the airport randomly and quickly, without regard to arranging them nicely to prevent tipping. If you aren’t using the strap to carry on your shoulder, it’s awkward/uncomfortable to manipulate rolling the bag. If you are using the strap to carry on your shoulders, it’s pointless to have wheels. I like the pull up handles that are on other small carry ons, that are not flexible. Although I have only used this bag on about 12 airplanes so far, it does not easily store under the seat in front of you. I’ve not been able to put it under the seat with the wheels on the floor. Even when I smoosh the top to wedge under and lay it on its side, the wheels stick out rather far, taking up foot space. I would have returned it, but my first time using it was after the return window deadline.
