1966 Ford GT-40 MK II #1, Red w/ White Stripes - Shelby SC407 - 1/18 Scale Diecast Model Toy Car by Shelby Collect

This is a very detailed model of Ford GT Mk IV. When I started using dual monitors with my laptop in the office, it was clear the monitors needed to be higher so I purchased some clear plastic cases to do that, but they were empty. This model went into one of them, sitting with front and rear "hoods" and doors open. Detail is excellent and I have had many compliments on the display. It also reminds me of my Cobra driving days. Models was as described and arrived as scheduled - perfect.

It had even better detail than in the photo. Had authentication as official Carroll Shelby merchandise and when registered get a discount on other merchandise.

Some parts of the car model paint is scratched, small parts! and the front window and the rear window are also scratched, this did not come in perfect condition as i expected! im not even SURE if its new! the packaging was good though.

There was a minor problem with the model when I arrived. A small scope had fallen off but it was inside the box. So a little super glue and problem fixed. I don't believe that this is due to anything the seller did. I think the part just wasn't properly attached during manufacture.I did mention it to the seller, Model Toy Cars and I got a quick response back with an apology.I do have some plans for future collectibles and I will check out their website.
