The thickness of the fabric kinda made the thining redundant. It did give me better posture. I haven't worn it since the one day, I probably won't again.

The value for the money can't be beaten. The quality, fit and comfort is superb. After trying this product, I will definitely buy again.

This is definitely not suitable for working out in. It is really compressive, I bought a large and it feels really tight in all areas. If that's what you want, great, but it really isn't suitable for working out as it restricts my range of movement. Not as advertised.

This shirt is extremely small for a "large." You'd have to be emaciated to even get the shirt on. It is way too small for an adult male unless they are extremely skinny.

My son is marine and he wore this to work. He said it was so comfortable that he couldn’t even tell it had compression they’re lightweight. It has a little stretch.

This is great for compression. It's a bit short on me but it fits Great. I hides my beer gut instantly

This is a compression shirt unlike any that I have ever seen or worn. That's saying a lot because I have 43 compression/body shaper shirts and have worn one every single day, without exception, for 2 years. In the front of the shirt there is something that feels like paper. It's not paper because when I pull on or stretch the shirt, this material also stretches. If I hold the shirt up to a light source this material can be seen and there is a distinct pattern to it. I tried to take a picture of it but the material can't be seen. I assume that the material and the pattern that it is in is supposed to be a help with the body shaping aspect of the shirt. It is only in the front of the shirt and it just feels strange. If I can figure out how to take a picture where this material can be seen I will edit my review because it is that important in my opinion. As for the rest of the shirt, it is very easy to put on over your head, it is very stretchy although it doesn't appear to be until you start to put it on. The shirt is easy to adjust , once you have it on. It's easy to take off as well. The compression is light and does little to no body shaping. It will hold your loose areas in place. It is very light-weight so it does not make you hot when you wear it. The shirt has a short length but it did not roll up on me. It would be almost impossible to keep the shirt tucked into your pants if that matters to you. Basically, this shirt is like a tight tank top or a tight t-shirt to me. It is machine washable. This shirt would be a good choice for the men who are new to compression shirt wearing. For those of you who have been wearing compression shirts for a while and like the heavy compression and the slimming effects of it, then this shirt is not for you.
