Carpe Diem from those Overcharging Mechanicians!
This is the Honda Civic of air filters. Pretty darn good. I bought this for my Dodge Durango because the guys at the oil change place said they could replace my filter for a mere $35. I said, "No Way! I have the power of an Amazon account with Prime Delivery, and my dad knows everything about cars and he's a genius!"Turns out, we had to look it up on YouTube, but still, I saved a lot of money, and changed my own air filter. Turns out dad went out to get a pack of smokes and hasn't been back for a week. I'm sure he'll be super proud when he does finally make it back from the store.Regardless, it's not a HEPA, it's not carbon-infused, so it won't filter out your kids' rancid sauerkraut casserole fluffer-doodles. But, it keeps the guys at the 5-minute oil change from gouging your for their own over-priced air-biscuit filter. Bring out the whole family and learn to install the cabin filter yourself! It'll be fun for all ages, and you get the pick through the old filter for last fall's foliage and possibly even find some collectable pebbles or a stick. Also works well as a coffee filter, but be careful how you hold it, if you don't pour carefully coffee will go everywhere.

Fits my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel
I never knew there was a "cabin filter" until I was reading some article on vehicle maintenance. Lo and Behold, as I started researching further, there it was! Ordered this at the best price -- I could not find reasons why paying three times as much at a Dealer would matter. It took a bit of figuring-out on how to remove the glove box. There's a spring-wound cable that loops over a tab on the right side of the box - it will retract immediately once you let go. But don't worry - it's still hanging down in the cavity behind the glove box. Next, reach up top and pull with some force to remove the Owner's Manual Shelf. Then more force downward on the Glove Box to get the two side tabs to release. Finally, look up behind the box position and pinch and pull the slim cover door where this filter is hidden.Slide out the filter and marvel at how dirty it is! Insert the new filter - paying attention to the DOWN ARROW. Reinstall that cover plate by hooking the right end first, then snapping shut toward the left. The hard part is realigning the Glove Box while pulling down on the spring cable and getting the loop back over the side tab. You may lose your grip on this several times, so do not snap the Glove Box in place until that loop is attached (it provides lifting power when your Glove Box is full of weighty items). Final step -- simply snap the Glove Box back into place and close its door. Not saying this will improve air quality, but I hope it improves the A/C regulation which was acting weird in my car. By the way, try McKee's 37 Hydro Blue for restoring your older Durango to a beautiful shine! Sold here on Amazon, it's as easy to apply as spraying Windex -- no buffing, no paste, and no rubbing. With the new cabin filter, a professional detailing job, McKee's, and new front floor mats, my car looks very nearly brand new!

Perfect fit but Insturctions need upgrade.
The filter is of OEM quality and is an exact fit but the instructions included do not match the configuration of my 2014 Durango. I had to go to the web to see the proper access to my filter door. I recommend that the vendor upgrade their instructions to include the newer vehicles.

Looks like exact replacement
Have 2011 Grand Cherokee. Jeep maintenance schedule says to replace cabin filter after one year, so I ordered this one, which was a lot cheaper than the OEM type. It appears to be exactly the same as the original. Fits perfectly, and materials look and feel almost identical. The old one wasn't really dirty and could easily have gone another year though. Not too difficult to replace - you have to remove the top shelf inside the glove box, then pull off a cover over the filter. The old filter slides out and the new slides in. Snap on the cover, then jiggle the shelf back in and you are done. Tools? - two hands and a flashlight.

Great OEM replacement
I have used TYC cabin filters before in many different cars. They work great and fits just fine. Great OEM replacement for the price. Buy it without any hesitation. I have tried this brand of air filters on the following models so far.2011 Durango, 2011 Civic, 2008 Spectra, 2013 Elantra. I buy these whenever they are on sale.

Cheap and shows
This cabin air filter did fit my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee as indicated, but it is noticeably flimsier then the stock one it replaced. It also is a couple of mm smaller so slides in with a bit of loose play. Doesn't appear to allow any air around it but concerned it won't stand the test of time. The pleats are also noticeably flimsy compared to the stock one. The price is right, if it holds up, but probably won't purchase again.

Too restrictive for 2018 Grand Cherokee.
Figured I'd give this a shot as a cheap alternative to the Mopar one. Was too restrictive and caused a whistling noise from the airbox behind the glove compartment. Checked inside to make sure there wasn't a leaf or some other debris in there causing the issue. Troubleshooting led me to find out that the filter was so restrictive, the blower was pulling in air from around the access door to the air filter compartment, and yes, I checked it several times over several different days to make sure it wasn't user error and the door was closed properly. Left it in for 3 weeks to see if it would "go away" or "bed itself in" to no avail. Removed it and went with another brand that was a little more expensive but worked great. Disappointment too because other reviews from Durango owners (same parts as it is the GC's platform cousin) had better luck with it.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee compatible
This filter fits perfectly in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The material and quality of this filter appear to be the EXACT same as the OEM filter. The old filter was in there for 9 months and it was filthy; good to know that much crud didn't make it into the cabin. At the price of this filter, you can replace it twice a year for what you would pay for one OEM filter.

Good value.
This looks pretty close to the Mopar one. A few less pleats but will get the job done. I'm not sure how much the dealership wants but I'm sure it is a lot more. Pretty easy job to replace yourself.
