This works very well as a back wash - much better than I expected, although I cut a length of foam pipe lagging which fits perfectly, to help cushion the neck as the plastic has a fairly sharp/ uncomfortable edge. I have used the shampoo tray many times now with good results and with no complaints from the user!

Works ok but found the neck part not wide enough for my lady and was tricky to use without making her wet but is good for quick wash but not really for long term permanent use more a now and then thing.

Not that great. Slightly awkward to use

My daughter who's almost 14 and is a wheelchair user does not like this around her neck at all so it's hanging over the shower rail. I tried to use it myself but it's a bit awkward for self use especially with a head full of thick locs down my back. It was worth a try though for the price. I might end up using it in the garden as I try to reuse everything!

you will need a plastic cape under your towel with this one as its difficult to place and a little sharp on the skin so i place it on top of the towel to protect the skin. i also cover the throat with the towel to make the strap more comfortable but all in all its not bad, it does the job with a few adjustments.

does what it is supposed to do. Nothing else you can say really.Its black & has a white stretchy neck brace !
