Accident & Incident Report Book: Record all incidences in your business, industry and more (Health and Safety Reports)

I purchased this product hoping to be able to tear out each sheet but that wasn't the case. Beware of this product.

Very good, and exactly what we needed to record incidents

Pages were inserted upside down pages were cut off very bad printing

There were so many options to buy Incident report books, of all shapes and sizes. I just opted for one of them. It is full sized and offers a full page of information, which is good.There are many pages as it is double-sided and reckon it will last a long time, giving value for money.There is only one tiny downside, the pages are a tiny bit thin and I think if you use any pressure on one page, the writing might well show through on to the next page. Now that I have it, I will just place a piece of A4 card between the pages.
