I am very impressed with this roll pillow. I have always had neck pains, but with the years passing it's much worse now with my bulging discs. Too many sleepless nights and mornings where you can barely move and get out of bed. I bought this with low expectations. SOOOO...when I tried it the first night, I found it pretty stiff being new. I couldn't use it all night for it made me sorer. However, the next few nights I laid with it under my neck just while laying for a while and it did provide some relief. The following nights, I was able to fall asleep with it. I realized you have to figure out with trial and error how best to use it. Don't get discouraged because it didn't eliminate you pain on the first night. This is definitely a great buy. I am very happy.

I bought one of these for my mom and for my husband. Both of them use it more like a pillow than a neck pillow. So it seems that would defeat the purpose, but they both love it and continue to use it. Whatever.
