Grandson loves it. It can flash different colours and sounds grandson would have liked it to be able to remain 1 colour but when it’s waved around it will cycle through colours but it’s not a major thing and he likes that you can add another one to end of it to make a double light saber. Good value for money as it was reduced. Rigid plastic so should last. Nice lighting effect

This a pretty decent toy, ideal for cosplay without having to spend through the nose.The quality does reflect the price mind you so probably wouldn't survive regular cosplay events to be fair.

This light sabre is a decent toy for children who want to act out their starwar stories with colour changing light effects and sounds.The sabre changes colour upon hitting it which is not exactly something you'll find in the starwar galaxy lol....but then this is just a toy and not a professional light sabre for cosplay.I think it's a tad too much to pay at £9.99 at time of review tbh and the quality is cheap and cheerful. The sabre flicks out with a wrist flick which is easy for kids to do and despite it being plasticky and cheap it still feels sturdy with a screw in collapsible sabre.If this was a few pounds cheaper then I'd recommend it. If you're looking for something that will compliment a cosplay outfit then personally I'd pay a little more for a better sabre.

Disappointed as the noises don’t work, haven’t got the time to send back so my son is keeping it.

Pleased my little one. It makes realistic sounds and changes colour when hit against objects. Keeps the little one entertained.

Ordered to go onto the wall with sons wall art untill he is bigger, however great light sabre, noises and light change are great.

The saber arrived and my hubby was excited to put it together for the kids. Assembled the saber after much discussion which end the ‘light’ should come out of, I liked that you could add to it with another one having a duel lightsaber. Unscrewed the battery back and placed in 3 rechargeable batteries and tried to turn it on.Unfortunately nothing happened so tried another set of batteries just incase for some reason it didn’t like rechargeable ones but still nothing. Got 3 batteries fresh out a new packet that hadn’t been opened yet and suddenly had life! For about 3 maybe 4 seconds of light before going dark again.Tried shifting the batteries around again but still nothing. Knowing my luck I got the only one ever made that has an issue but I still can only give it two stars. The premise is nice, plenty of colours advertised on the product and its very easy to assemble.

every child's dream (if you were born in the 70's or 80's).i always wanted my own light sabre when i was younger. and as they weren't available, i had to make do with an improvised one (a torch and wrapping paper tube slit to let the light out).this is a vast improvement on my childhood.you get a choice of 15 different colours to cycle through, so there should be one that is just perfect. the blade is retractable, and can be deployed with a flick of the wrist.the quality of this item whilst not the best that i've seen, is good enough to see out plenty of play. you can also add a second sabre to it, via a provided connector giving the sith style dual blade.there are three settings that can be used for play, using the power switch to go between them. for a single press: light on with sound; a double press will get you a flashing light with sound; and the final setting cycles through the different colours, without sound.the unit requires 3xAA batteries (not included).as an item for playing with, this makes a great toy, if your more serious there are many various options open to buy. but this item is not for that purpose.really like this, as will any budding jedi.

At first, when we saw how small the box was it was delivered in we wondered if it's why the price was so low..then when taking it out it extends to a much larger size and we're very happy with it and so is our daughter!

Ich mache es kurz: für diesen Preis darf man nicht erwarten, eine Hollywood-Replik zu erhalten. Braucht es aber auch nicht. Das Licht ist gut. Bei zwei Schwertern ist die Helligkeit geringfügig abweichend, das stört jedoch nicht. Die Soundeffekte sind ausreichend nervend für Eltern, allerdings völlig zu ertragen. Beim Kampf wechselt das Schwert mit jedem Schlag die Farbe. Im Doppelschwertmodus kann man wirklich tolle Kampeffekte im dunklen Raum erzeugen. Für Kinder bis ca. 99 Jahre ein tolles Spielzeug.

My 8 yr old loved it and it’s great for little kids. However, it did break easily on the second day.

Ist ganz nett aber nicht so robust. Was sehr positiv ist, dass es schöne Geräusche macht, die Farben kann man wechseln und ein und ausfahren. Allerdings gingen zwei innerhalb kürzester Zeit kaputt. Ratschlag: nicht so dolle draufhauen
