Dublin Dog Waterproof Dog Collar, Small 9 inches - 14 inches, Chai Latte

bought a dublin dog collar for my scotty 5 years ago and it's still going - only now it has developed a minor crack. so it was an obvious choice for my new puppy, however i've noticed that the small sized collar has what looks like fake leather on the inside rather than the all-rubber/plastic of the medium sized one. not sure how good an idea that is as it has stitching etc. that can all go wrong, hence 4 not 5 stars. other than that, good-looking as always with tough buckle. will upgrade to medium when he's bigger. i just wish it was easier to find a uk seller that carries the entire range.

My name is Frey & I am a 6 month old border collie - my mum bought me this collar because I've been a little bit harsh on my other ones. I like to go swimming in the sea most days & the metal on this collar has no sign of rust unlike my old ones. When mum & dad don't take me to the beach there is a really good muddy woodland walk I like & when I get home after I get cleaned & dried my collar gets a quick wipe with a damp cloth & it looks like new. I think the pink camo collar makes me look quite cute in an "action dog" kind of way. Mum says she is going to buy another 2 for my brothers, but as they constantly pinch my tennis ball, I'm not sure they deserve something this nice!!!

This brilliant collar arrived promptly and fits our black lab Abbey perfectly. Abbey has a fondness for muddy puddles, the smellier the better, so a collar that is this easy to clean is a godsend. The classic stripe is pink enough so that people no longer mistake her for a boy, but isn't so girly that my husband gets embarrassed when walking her. I worried the collar might be a bit rigid, but it is soft and lightweight whilst being strong enough for use with the lead. A proper buckle makes it simple to fit and is much better than the slide-to-adjust collars which I find loosen too easily. Great product.

I have a Springer Spaniel who loves to swim, roll in the mud and play wrestle with other dogs, previous collars would get smelly and the colours would fade quickly but I've had Downtown Diva Camo Couture Collar for over a year now and it shows no sign of wear and tear. She can get it coated in mud but a quick wash and it is as good as new again. It is great compromise on design too as it is girly enough for my tastes but not so girly that my husband is embarrased to walk the dog! I got a puppy a few months ago and when she is fully grown I will be buying her one of these collars as I feel it is a worthwhile investment rather than buying cheaper collars more often.

I bought this dog collar as my dog loves rolling in anything stinky. Despite the ridiculously high price, as the collar is advertised as 'no stink' I thought it would be the solution to my problem. WRONG! Although the collar is made of rubber, there is fabric in the fold that secures the buckle. This traps all the same bad smells as any other cheap collar. Not only does this collar still smell bad but the loop that holds the end of the collar in place has completely ripped leaving the end of the collar to flap about. I feel well and truly 'ripped off' and the company I bought the collar from has refused to respond to my email! Save your money and buy a cheap collar and some dog treats!!!!
