I got this thinking it was going to be like all the other travel mugs I've tried in the past. But thankfully it wasn't as this can actually hold a drink without it leaking!I had to go out at the weekend for work to see a customer and I took this travel mug with me. I was surprised to learn that it kept my hot chocolate hot for quite a while. When you fill it up with a hot drink, you don't really feel the heat conducting though, I guess this is due to the vacuum inside the mugs wall, what ever it was it kept my drink warm.I did also try this with icy water and the result was similar if not slightly worse but it was a very warm room with a big computer in it blowing out hot air, so I don't think that was a fair test.Anyway, I don't think you can go wrong with this travel mug as it much better than the crappy ones I have tried in the past made of plastic and I do like the metal design of it, makes it look very smart. The build quality is solid and the click of the button is quite satisfying.

The fact that you can't clean the lid makes this beyond useless. I gave the cup a good clean after receiving it, this included properly rinse the lid, or so I thought. Nope, my coffee taste of fairy liquid, yum!It's really really difficult to clean, to the point I just don't use it.It's also not particularly insulating. I'm OK with that as I want to drink my coffee asap but just a heads up, doesn't insulate well.It is however completely leak proof, I'm actually well impressed by that.

Great cup for keeping drinks nice & warm but after using it daily for about a month now, it stinks to high heaven. I wash it everyday but there’s no way to clean the inside of the sipping part, this has caused drink to go mouldy inside which you can’t get to.

Handy Travel Mug. with a nice design.One click open and close solid enough that it won't break it accidentally dropped.But I do have one thing that drops a point for me.It only just barley warm by lunch time.For context I wake at 7 to get ready for work and pop some hot soup in for lunch.Get my lunch around 1, in my opinion it gotten too cold over 6 hours.

A great Thermos for home or work.It dose exactly what it is designed for, keeps my tea hot for a good number of hours, up to 9 i have found which is plenty.I only found 1 problem and 1 annoyance while using this.The annoying thing for me is how slow it pours, it maybe a designed that way so that it easy to control the amount when pouring the contents into a cup, but i disliked it.The problem I had is if knock on its side it leaks immediately, which why I say it for home or office. I though it be a good idea to make tea at home a take it into work cause the machine at work is not really that nice. While driving to work it fell over and well I had cleaning to do.these 2 combined drops a point for me, Still a worth a purchase, maybe i just fussy

This is a bad and I believe dangerous product. I tried using three times. The first time the lid fell off with hot coffee spilling everywhere, luckily not on me or anyone else but it made a mess. Second time I used it was okay so I thought it might have been a one off issues. Third time and guess what .............. the lid again come off when it should not have and again I was lucky not to get burnt. My recommendation is steer well clear of buying this product. I have a similar Thermos product which is perfect, serves me right I guess for going for a lower cost option, you learn by your mistakes!

Disappointed, returned item after just first uses. I found the lid not to be secure enough although firmly screwed down. The steam forced the lid off like a cork, covering myself with coffee. Even when empty l found the lid to come off with the gentlest of pull. Cannot risk using whilst driving so sadly returned and refunded. The feel of the cup is good, the one touch button ideal.

I bought it as a present for my husband, so have not seen the product in action. The only small disappointment so far is that it comes in a plane black box with no brand name or anything and there's no product information leaflet. So maybe a bit dull for a present, while is probably fine for its intended use
