I loved this bag when it arrived, but first outing with it, it snapped , I don't think the material holding the strap is strong enough to just go like that .

I purchased the small bag solely to take on holiday. It's attractive and has two changeable straps. The problem is the handle detached from the bag on both sides leaving me to have to put the metal spring clip through the material. Not a very durable item

I took this bag on holiday but have been unable to use it because the gold ring holding the strap to the bag came off in my hand! Very infuriating as I’d not bought another small bag.
