The easy open packaging is fantastic
We have been using these for about a week now without any complaint. The easy open packaging is fantastic! Have you ever tried to open a comb package without needing a hack saw? They are wider than I had anticipated which is a plus. We grabbed these, because we keep losing our toddlers combs and were frustrated that they didn't work through their "toddler-ness" of hair even with gobs and gobs of detangler. Why not use a brush? toddler. Enough said. Bonus that the toddlers have learned that they make an excellent xylophone toy.Toddler uses aside, I did also test these out of my less than stellar, wavy, unruly hair. It did work through my thick locks without much effort and without the static! Peach Wood FTW.!I have only one complaint and it's really a non-issue, but I'd love to see one in a bigger size.

Great affordable comb for the whole family
Mariposah has been a trusted name in my house for years. We are excited that they have made new products for other household uses. I have never liked the little plastic baby combs. They bend easily and scratch up their heads. Theses peach wood combs are so durable and can even make it through my thick tangled hair without breaking. My kids prefer this comb to our others and grab it first when I do their hair. My husband also loves to use it as a beard comb. I will be buying more for baby shower gifts and other friends also.

eco-friendly, plastic-free, static-free
Mariposa Peach Wood Combs are ideal for my waist long, thin, straight hair, and is gently enough on the scalp as well. The wood is smooth, no snags, teeth are evenly cut, not too wide and not too narrow. 5 x 2 inches is the perfect size for travel, in my purse and at home, the combs are thick enough to make them sturdy, and will likely last a lifetime. Exactly what I expected, if not better.Love the simple cardboard box, thank you for making the packaging absolutely plastic-free.

Thick or thin hair it goes through keeping hair static free!
Mariposah Peach Wood Comb works well on both my thick hair and my kids thin hair. We all found the comb to go through our hair with ease and kept it static free. It is a good size. It fit well in my hand and allowed me good control over product. My kids were also able to use the product when they tried it on their hair. I like that it is 100% biodegradable as we are working toward switching to more sustainable products to meet our household needs.

ouch!
I had pretty high expectation because I saw lots of reviews saying their toddler/small child had no issues with the comb and many people said the teeth were farther apart then expected/it worked well for people with a good amount of hair. I was definitely a bit disappointed. I could barely run it through my hair at the scalp because it felt like it was scratching it (and I'm definitely not tender-headed), the teeth were quite close together too so it didn't really work for my long hair. Luckily, my boyfriend seems to like it so, not a total loss.

Great simple comb
I bought this comb when my plastic brush needed replaced. It’s just a comb, nothing elaborate, but it does the job and has held up well. I love that it came in a cardboard box and should be compostable at the end of its life.

A product that works
I ordered these combs because the description promised that they would help with static electricity. We live in a low humidity area, so that’s a problem. Guess what? They work. I’m very pleased.

1 comb was really nice...
It's like they used 2 types of wood. One comb was really nice and the other was not so great. One was heavy and one was kinda of flimsy.
