I got these right before going in a woman’s retreat where I would be sleeping in a cabin with 4 other women. I was afraid, that even across the room, the would hear the incredibly loud snoring that my husband described (and frankly I was a little embarrassed). I found these and all I can say is Wow! From the first night through the next 2 nights - no one heard me snore. So I told my husband about the experience (i got them in the day before the retreat so I didn’t try them before packing them the night before). I also continued to use them last night (my first night back home). My husband said he head a little soft snore fir about 5 minutes during the night but WOW! Not like the constant “freight train” that he had become my usual. Wow! Just wow!! He is sleeping soundly! What a relief.

I used it for its stated purpose- to reduce or end snoring. It is difficult to wear and does not work.

Was looking for help with snoring so I could sleep in the same bed as my gf. These didn't work unfortunately. The only thing that ended up working was ZQuiet mouthpiece.

These might work for some but they did not work for me. They are not horribly uncomfortable and they do not have a bad smell, I just could not tell a difference in my breathing at all.

It is not uncomfortable to wear but it makes my nose itch.It itched all day.😪

The device was okay to wear, but it didn't stop my snoring. I felt that snoring is louder in some cases. Even though there are many good reviews on Amazon, it didn't work for me. It also kept falling off. I don't think it's worth the money.

Idk how but this little thing works wonders. My husband snores like a bear and most of the time I can handle it, but sense I started going back to work it’s harder to handle it, so I thought I’d try these I was skeptical at first because I mean look at it. How can that stop a bear snoring right? But it did and does. I don’t give it 5 stars because my husband said it’s a little uncomfortable and fall out easily but all in all they work.
