Lights work Great, Dual purpose as well.
Lights are bright, and work very well. Really nice for the price. If you have a sprayed on Bed Liner, the adhesive backed pad may not stick very well, and will more than likely fall off after a while. That is not due to a bad adhesive pad, it is just using it on a non smooth surface. What I did was buy some small round (about the size of a Nickel/Dime) Neodymium Magnets. Get the strong ones which are Not the super thin ones. Supermagnets makes some nice ones. Place the magnet on top of the adhesive pad that is on the back of each light.Take an exacto knife and gently press and cut just the red film around the magnet. Now remove the round circle of film, and stick the magnet to the light. Now you can put that light any place in your truck bed. The magnets are strong and easily hold the lights in place. I was able to start at the tailgate end of the truck on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Larmie and spaced out 3 lights on each side, and the wires are held tight because the magnets hold tightly. I than ran one light side basically under the front of the bed of the Truck. Ran the wires out an open area upper front left of the bed near the cab. Wire ran down the side of the truck basically in an area by the wheel well. I decided to run just a single lead ( 2 wire) into the Cab, and spliced in the other set of lights. I found a spot right next to the left rear seat mount and drilled a small hole and used a rubber grommet, ran wire through, and silicone sealed area by the wire. There is wire connector under the right rear seat, far right side and using a 12v test light I found the hot wire that was from the Dome lights. I used that wire for the Positive.+, I think it was Yellow and Black, and used a snap lock connector. Did the same for the Black wire in that harness and it was the negative. Light work perfect. Even if you don't have a sprayed in Bed liner, and want to use the Magnets, Nice thing is if you change your mind on mounting location, just move the lights because they are attached to the magnets. Another plus is say you get a flat tire in the Dark, just start at the tailgate end of the truck, and remove the lights, and put them over the side of the truck, and you will have now have light to change your tire. Your welcome.

Rigged Up my Own Wiring Version. Very Bright, White Light.
So far so good. I installed these on my 2008 F-250. 6-1/2 Foot bed.The lights have a tremendous amount of light output and illuminates the whole bed nicely. Instead of mounting 4 pods per side I did it a little different as to get some more light toward the front of the bed. I strung the first 3 along the sides and then turned the corner and mounted one in the front (under the window). The strands of wire are plenty long to do this on a 6.5' bed. Another reason for this was I did not want to have any slack in the wire dangling down which would have required bunching up the wire and taping it to the underside. Also note I did not mount these to the bed body itself. I chose to mount these to the underside of my Tonneau cover rails. I felt that would throw more light than mounting them up into the lip on truck beds where I believe it would cast shadows and leave a dark void in the middle of the bed. You can see this in other customers photos. Another option would be to mount these to the sides of the bed, facing inward as to throw the light out horizontally. This would certainly light up the whole bed as well, but would also be quite blinding to look at. So I am very satisfied with my choice of location. The 3M adhesive is more than sufficient to mount these where I chose. I first wiped the surface with rubbing alcohol to clean. It was quite filthy, so I continued using a fresh paper towel till it no longer showed signs of filth. My wiring method was also quite unconventional. Under normal circumstances the wiring would be as simple as 1. running a fused wire off a 12V+ source to the provided switch, 2. the switch to the Hot lead on the LED lights, 3. Ground the Negative lead, and 4. ground the switch.I wanted these lights to turn on under the following circumstances:1. A bed Switch which is live all the time.2. A newly installed Dash switch in the cab which is only live with key on.3. Any time the factory bed light on the third brake light goes on (locking/unlocking, opening a door, factory cab light dial, etc)I will post a pic of my wiring diagram I drew up so you can see how I achieved all of this. But it involved the use of a relay, wire runs from the hood to the rear, wire run through the firewall into the cab, fuse tap, and more. On my picture, those 3 little barrel icons on the yellow lines are diodes which is VERY important as to not send power to where it doesn't belong. Pic only shows beds lights on passenger side for simplicity. (The driver side would simply tie into circuit in same fashion)Overall I am very pleased with how this looks right now.. The wire gauge is very thin. Maybe 20 or thinner. All eight pods draw less than 1 amp, so normally this is fine. But for me when it came to joining their wire to my heavier wire, it was a little challenging not breaking the wire on a crimp connection.
